I had a couple of issues with delivery and damage after delivery eventually happened. Now this was Nothing to do with Richer Sounds but they couldn’t do enough at the Edinburgh branch to quickly sort out and remedy the situation. Can’t thank and recommend them enough.

Great service. Contacted the store to enquire about a Price Beat against a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO and Bowie beat the best online price by £10 and sorted out delivery dates and payment. Many thanks.

I explained my needs and had a few options of what I thought I could purchase. Salesman had good knowledge of the tech and guided me towards the best option for my needs.
