Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Anmeldelser

arrived within 24 hours , well packed and when I have a problem with the connection to the T.V. , which was my fault ,the man from the shop was helpful and spotted my mistake

Well informed and helpful member of staff

Knowledgable staff able to tailor items to my requirements

I found the guys at the store in chambers street, Edinburgh branch excellent, very helpful, friendly and professional, I will definitely be back, excellent service, and thanks again bowie that I spoke to the transmitter I purchased works great, thanks guys.

I was given great advice regarding my TV selection and it was explained in a simple and consise way. Delivery service also great, received tv 3 days after placing order. Would recommend company to friends and family.

I recently purchased an LG OLED TV from Richer Sounds and unfortunately encountered an issue during the initial setup process which resulted in accidental damage to the screen.
While my initial contact with the manufacturer was unsuccessful, Richer Sounds took the time to review the circumstances carefully and escalated the matter through their customer service team.
What impressed me most was the way they handled what was clearly a complex and disputed situation. They listened to my concerns, reviewed the details fairly, and ultimately offered a free replacement. At no point did I feel dismissed, and the communication throughout was professional and respectful.
Customer service is often judged when things go wrong rather than when everything goes smoothly, and in this case Richer Sounds demonstrated exactly why they have such a strong reputation. They turned what had become a very stressful situation into a positive outcome and I am extremely grateful for the support they provided.
Thank you to everyone involved. You've earned a very loyal customer.

Everyone was amazing at the Edinburgh branch, they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the right TV and never felt pressured to buy. Shout out to Bowie who is incredible and helpful

We visited the edinburgh chambers st branch on 2 occasions with lots of questions about audio systems/ speakers/ streamers, turntables.
We were helped by Jack who was honestly the most helpful , warm and friendly salesperson I have ever met in my 40 yrs of shopping .
He was knowledgeable and patient with us , as we chopped and changed several times . We spent a bit of money and got a discount as well . I would not hesitate to return and recommend to my friends

Great price on a Sonos loudspeaker and with the £10 VIP discount and a free 6 year warranty, what's not to like. Great service with both email and also a phone notification of the store pick up availability. I'll certainly shop at Richer Sounds again.

1. Sourced replacement earpads for Focal Bathys. Genuine items. Delivered very quickly.
2. Give people plenty of time when trying out headphones.

Fantastic service from James Bowie. Super product knowledge and demonstration. Great prices and quick delivery. Well impressed.

A few hiccups - didn't need pre-amp, fault in new deck - but staff, James & John, sorted problems brilliantly and now happy with new deck and happy once again with purchasing from Richer Sounds.

From my first telephone call to the Edinburgh showroom, enquiring about the details of turntables which would be compatible with my existing system to the delivery and installation of my choice of turntable, the quality of advice and assistance I received was first class. Those who helped were friendly, professional and if they didn't have the answer they made the appropriate enquiry.
I was hoping to visit the showroom in Edinburgh but due to health issues I couldn't make it.
The advice and information I received enabled me to make an online purchase - something I never thought I'd never do with this type of product.
PS in particular I'd like to thank Jack, Jamie and James

Staff were really helpful, answered all my questions and didn’t try to upsell me, just helped me find what I was looking for

Great experience as always. James at the Edinburgh branch has been fantastic. Would never dream of getting any equipment elsewhere.

Richer Sounds have, as always, been helpful with advice, competitive with price and effective with service. Always a pleasure to deal with the Cardiff branch in person and with any others on the phone.
