Knowledgable and friendly staff, willing to spend time demonstrating a product and finding alternatives.
Chosen item wasn't in stock, but arrived at store for collection next day, as promised, with a phone call and email to inform me.
Very happy with chosen item from a manufacturer I would not have expected or chosen without a demo, and at a good price.

Would highly recommend.

I’ve been buying tech from Richer Sounds Croydon for years now.
They are always consistent in giving good advice, expertise and service in the shop, no matter what you’re interested in or going in to buy.

Very helpful with advice and…

Very helpful with advice and demonstrating the products on show. Not so good when it comes to giving a fair trade in price despite the advertised trade up and save. I got a much better deal at a rival company.

We always do our best to offer the fairest trade-in value we feasibly can, and in the majority of cases this is more than any minimum value advertised against the system being purchased. I appreciate it was disappointing that on this occasion you found a competitor who was able to offer more and, whilst I can't comment on the specifics of their promotion, I will of course review the process with the branch team to ensure any decisions are explained as clearly as possible.

In the meantime, I will ask our customer service team to follow up with you directly to check all is well with the system which you purchased earlier this year, which I hope has settled in nicely.

Excellent throughout

Excellent throughout, provided me the exact model I was looking for of 4k laser projector, £1400……. Mine was just missing the unstruction manual for £800

I was impressed with the sales person’s knowledge and advice. I also had a good experience and bought a subwoofer which I’m very pleased with.

The team at Richer Sounds South Croydon…

The team at Richer Sounds South Croydon offered great advice on the headphones I was purchasing. They ordered a pair for me to try out, and contacted me when they arrived in-store.
The price of the headphones had recently fallen and the team applied the pricematch promise. As ever, a great experience from friendly and knowledgable staff.
