When I phoned it was answered quickly by Steve who when I explained I had a nail in my tyre but that it wasn’t leaking advised me to bring the car in and they would check it.If it needed a new tyre he would get one in as the particular tyre was not common.He then made an appointment and said he would call me if there was a problem It turned out I did need a new tyre and it was fitted quickly while I waited.Super old fashioned customer service which is very rare these days

One star is far too many!!!! I was there on Monday morning with a flat tyre (it had been slowly losing pressure). I explained the situation to them, and 15 minutes later, someone examined the car and told me they had to replace the entire tyre because the nail was on the edge. The receptionist then told me:,, I don't keep Michelin in stock, but I have (I forgot the name), and the price starts from £155.” What? What about the cheaper options? Do I not have any other choices? Is he only offering the expensive ones because I have expensive ones? I told them I was leaving, and I did well! I went to a small tyre shop around the corner, spent £20, and they fixed it! That’s £130 saved for my groceries!
I'm wondering if they will do the same if I were a men?

Very expensive for half exhaust on my R50 Mini. I have been a loyal customer for several years but their prices have got very expensive. I will start checking out there competition for future work/products.
