Excellent service and attention given by the guys at Peter Tyson, despite my change of mind of which product to go for. Alex in particular was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I ended up with what I wanted.

Wasted my time
Wasted my time - had ordered a bracket, they could not find it or did not have it in stock, but never thought to contact me. When I rang them they were pleasant but gave no alternative solution and did not even apologise! poor customer experience to say the least. To make a point at the end of the call i said "Well very sorry about that" the guy said "not to worry its not your fault" I had to LOL NSS!

This is the very 1st time that I have…
This is the very 1st time that I have had dealings with Peter Tyson Audio and as it was Online, I was able talk with an actual PERSON, who were all excellent.
Luke Robinson in particular was able advise me on how to return a product and how to expect a courier pick up, which came a few days later. Every thing went so very smoothly.
Could not fault the company and its response in anyway. Just 1st class all round.

Great Customer service. Excellent HiFi knowledge, brilliant advice. Would HIGHLY recommend. For your HiFi needs etc. A SPECIAL Thank you to Martin and Ryan for supporting my choice of Rotel amp and cd player. Kind regards Peter.

Denon RCD M41 DAB with Dali Oberon 1 speakers
I contacted these guys for some advice on the micro stereos, and with some advice to change the package I chose ( speaker choice) with the Denon system I wanted, I have to say a big thankyou.... The sound is awesome. Service was great,friendly and professional
