Very disappointing.
I called in to the Newcastle branch Monday morning enquiring about soundbars and surround systems . I had wanted to demo the Sonos Arc ultra , to which I was told, that would be "doubtful " . I then explained, I would not spend this amount of money without actually listening to the Sonos . I was told , we will see what we can do and give you a ring this afternoon.
I have still not received a phone call two days later .
Very disappointed with my experience .

Sorry to hear you haven't received the 5* service we strive to offer all of our customers.
Having checked with the store in question, it seems like there was some confusion over this as they didn't have all of the items in stock that you wanted to demo on the day. The majority of our stock is held at our central warehouse so isn't always available to see without delays. They have also confirmed they did try to call back but there was no answer so apologies about this.

Peter Tyson offers great customer service, with staff like Louise and Ryan providing helpful communication and support in both sales and after-sales service. The online ordering process is straightforward, and delivery is impressively fast, though specific date selection would be a nice option. While the products are excellent and offer great value, sometimes you may end up spending more than planned. Overall, a decent experience with room for small improvements.

The staff at Peter Tyson were extremely friendly and were very helpful in helping me buy my first HiFi system. The advice and guidance I received in store was really helpful. I also managed to demo some speakers before making my purchase which was really helpful.
