Gift bottle …
I ordered the gift bottle with a letter inside that you personalise. I ordered the optional wooden box and presentation box to go with it and so glad I did and the quality was excellent and they completed it. I placed the order in the morning and they arrived the following morning I didn’t expect that.
I didn’t realise I had made a mistake on the writing until the gift turned up The company were amazing though and did everything to sort the issue for me, constantly communicating through email. I would highly recommend them for quality of products and service. I will definitely use them again

Ordered in the morning and my personalised gift came the following day. I didn’t expect that ! I ordered a letter in a bottle and had the optional wooden box as extra. They are so beautiful. I also had the presentation box and I’m so glad I did because it completed it. They were much bigger than I expected. The quality was superb.
I had made a mistake on the personalisation and they were amazing sorting it out for me, communication was fantastic. They kept in touch constantly by email and did everything they could to rectify the situation as quickly as possible even though it wasnt their fault. Excellent company I will definitely use them again

P.G.S. investigated the failed delivery and had the problem sorted within a couple of days and the parcel was delivered.
