I shipped 15 boxes of books from Oxford to Berlin. Pack & Send gave me by far the best quote. They were very easily contacted and talked me through the complicated customs procedures, at several stages checking with me to see if it was going smoothly. It's a personalised service. They sent boxes and someone to pick them up, and dealt with the shipment promptly. The people I spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall the service could not have been better. I would definitely recommend and would use them in future.

A fragile item was beautifully and sturdily packed by Pack & Send Oxford. Though in this instance delivery by Fedex proved unreliable Pack & Send got this sorted fast. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient throughout. Highly recommended.

Exellent experience with PACK & SEND…
My recent experience with PACK & SEND Richmond Park and their professional, friendly and very helpful staff, specifically Joseph and Maddy, was an excellent one. My item was quickly collected and shipped to the US. When the package was delayed and the shipping company staff asked for images of the contents and inner/outer packaging, Joseph swiftly provided these images. Once the shipment finally arrived, I found my item in perfect condition since it was so thoroughly packaged inside a fine-looking wooden crate. All in all, I received an outstanding service and strongly recommend services of PACK & SEND Richmond Park for all one’s shipping needs. You will not be disappointed!

Packed, but NOT Sent.
I engaged Pack & Send, Elephant and Castle to pack some personal possessions I had in storage in London and ship them to me in Sydney, Australia where I now live.
The goods were collected from my storage unit by Pack & Send, packed securely and were booked to be loaded on to a ship bound for Australia within a week or two.
The container which supposedly held my possessions had arrived in Sydney by ship after an extended period due to shipping uncertainty at the time (March 2026).
The relevant import authorities in Australia, were engaged to inspect the goods on arrival. However, after the container was unloaded it became evident that my possessions were NOT in it.
The goods never left the Pack & Send freight depot in the UK. No one from Pack & Send had any idea that the goods were not loaded, until the Australian import agents confirmed that the goods were not in the container they were supposed to be in.
The staff at Pack & Send, Elephant & Castle, did not know that the goods had not been loaded and there was no cross-check to confirm the goods had been loaded for shipping.
This delay had been very costly to me in wasted resources preparing for imminent arrival of the goods (I had hired a large storage unit in Sydney in which to place the goods) and in completely overturning the schedule I had developed to have the imported goods sorted, sold, dumped or kept. I wanted this done early in the year to allow for overseas travel later in the year.
I feel extremely upset and frustrated by Pack & Send’s complete failure to adequately control the export of my personal possessions from the UK to Australia. I feel I am owed some compensation for the problems they have caused and the un-necessary stress the delay has caused me. I have severe reservations now about letting Pack & Send continue with the forwarding of my stranded possessions onto Australia. I have lost all confidence in their ability to undertake the work.

When a customer trusts us with an international move to Australia, we aim to deliver complete peace of mind. It is completely unacceptable that a breakdown between our team and our sea freight operator resulted in your items being left behind in the UK without your knowledge.
We take full responsibility for turning this around. Koudy and the Elephant & Castle team have already stepped in to cover your storage costs in Sydney directly so that you are not left out of pocket during this delay. Furthermore, we are currently in formal disputes with our sea freight operator to secure proper accountability and compensation for this severe oversight.
Your shipment is being strictly monitored to ensure it absolutely departs on the next available vessel on 9th July. Koudy will continue to communicate with you directly with regular tracking updates and to discuss the ongoing resolution of your case. We are fully committed to safely delivering your possessions and doing everything we can to rebuild your trust.

This store is never ever open on time
I sat and watched 8 people walk away in the space of 6 minutes this morning, they open whenever they get there, the service in store is great and the staff are lovely but it’s so frustrating to have to wait for up to 20 mins in the car outside until they turn up. Many people try to post parcels on the way to work and then have to take the parcel away
