Absolute joke of a dealership. Rude, unhelpful, dismissive staff who are not interested at all. The vehicle was disabled tax class and I was not notified of. The vehicle was not registered in my name on the VW used warranty system, they left OBD errors on the vehicle. Chunks out of the tires. The 'in lieu' tyre inflation kit is out of date and I have been advised to not use this. There's intermittent faults with the air conditioning and heated seats. Impossible that they did their whatever point check. The branch needs investigating. It took nearly a week AFTER payment for the vehicle to even begin being dispatched. I have just had to pay out for vehicle diagnostics because there is faults with the vehicle. Absolutely disgraceful. Especially when the vehicle was 25k+ DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here. Even if the vehicle is in okay condition and by some miracle the staff at lookers blackburn actually did their job properly you will still get treated like dirt. I haven't even had the car for two weeks yet. No interest in trying to help out. They didn't even have interest whilst the deal was being closed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recently part-exchanged my car for a new one and, although there have been a few wrinkles to iron-out, I'm pleased to say that Mercedes Tonbridge have looked after me and kept me updated throughout. I have a problem with my electric Kia car. I called them up as the dealership to get it fixed and they gave me an appointment 2 weeks in the future. As the car would not drive I arranged a tow which cost me £200 less than 24hours latter they emailed me and told me that my appointment was cancelled and the next available 1 was in 3 months. I am £200 out of pocket plus a full day off work trying to arrange an appointment in the first place. Avoid like the plague

I was wary about looking at another Ford after a disappointing experience previously at a different dealership. Harry is such a personable guy and made me feel at ease about my purchase from start to finish. He took time to explain everything and showed a lot of patience with my disabled son. Great team. Excellent customer service

The reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I was asked if I wanted the car washing and said yes and the car wasn't washed. Also it was brought in because the start stop was not cutting out the engine when the car was stationary. I was told that this was because I had the heating set to LO (it is hot weather) and if I increased it the engine would stop. This was true but I didn't get a satisfactory explanation why it does this. If the Air Con was on then I would understand why the engine would keep running if the interior was not cool enough, but by leaving the engine running without the Air Con on wasn't going to make the interior any colder so why doesn't the engine stop. I still think it is due to low battery voltage but they don't want to replace it until the warranty runs out so that I have to pay for it!

We got into the car and Jack did a demonstration. We thought the car parked itself but were very suprised that it not only parked itself but found a space to park in.
Jack asked if we wanted him to demonstrate anything else.
Jack also told us if we needed any further help not to hesitate to call him.
