Très bonne expérience, des professeurs compétents, une expérience qui peut faire peur mais qui vaut le coût d’être vécu

Mon interlocuteur Fares était très disponible et très clair. Les délais de réponse sont extrêmement rapides. Hâte de vivre cette expérience !

Un grand merci à mon conseiller, qui a été très présent tout au long de mon suivi ! Il m'a rappelée plusieurs fois et il a su répondre à toutes mes questions, même les plus pointues, et m'a donné de très bons conseils jusqu'à la finalisation du devis. Une expérience vraiment satisfaisante, j'aborde la suite avec confiance.

Sono appena rientrata da Bournemouth in Inghilterra per una settimana di full immersion nella lingua inglese. È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, tutto perfetto, dalla sistemazione presso famiglia, al corso intensivo di inglese presso la scuola Kaplan. Bournemouth è un posto magico, la gente del posto è davvero friendly e la mia host è stata eccezionale, i docenti della scuola davvero in gamba. ❤️

Good teachers and a great location in central London.
But:
- Classes with more than 25 students
- Lack of consistent teachers (3 different teachers in one week)
- 24 hours of classes per week instead of the scheduled 27 hours
- Lack of clarity in the information provided. I missed 3 hours of class during the first week
- Issues reported to Kaplan with no response from them

La mia prima esperienza con Kaplan è stata nel 2025 a Vancouver per 1 mese, e mi sono trovato molto bene, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i corsi, sono ottimi, un livello accademico altissimo, superiore ai competitors (per mia esperienza) ho viaggiato anche con altre agenzie prima ma non mi sono trovato bene quanto qui. 2026 torno in canada, a Toronto, sempre con loro!
Riguardo al servizio vendita, fantastico. Maria Vittoria Segato è le mia consulente, una ragazza simpatica, educatissima e molto competente. Dal momento in cui li chiami a quello in cui arrivi si vede la loro serietà, per qualsiasi problema sono disponibili a trovare una soluzione, cosa che può accadere, con un servizio così efficace però tutto si risolve. Consigliatissimo!

Très bonne expérience. Les classes et cours sont très bien organisés, c’est vraiment très formateur de pratiquer la langue avec d’autres personnes de notre niveau sur des exercices ludiques. J’ai beaucoup appris lors de cette expérience. Le logement est vraiment top aussi, très sécurisé, vraiment rien à dire sur cette expérience à part du positif !

Una experiencia muy decepcionante debido a la falta de profesionalidad y organización de Kaplan:
Contratamos una estancia de 15 días para nuestra hija en Bath (UK) y, a mitad del programa, Kaplan decidió de forma unilateral y sin avisar previamente a los padres cambiar el horario de las clases a la tarde. La justificación fue que había llegado un grupo nuevo y las aulas se les habían quedado pequeñas, priorizando el nuevo volumen de alumnos por encima de los que ya estábamos allí.
A pesar de nuestra queja formal, se negaron en rotundo a mantener el horario de mañana. Este cambio repentino causó estragos en la experiencia de nuestra hija:
• Le cambiaron los profesores y compañeros a mitad de su estancia.
• Trastocó por completo sus rutinas diarias y sus horarios de transporte.
• Hizo que las actividades extraescolares perdieran todo el sentido. Llegaron al absurdo de programar la actividad de "discoteca" a las 9:00 de la mañana para encajar los nuevos horarios.
No recomendamos Kaplan si buscas una organización seria que respete los contratos y garantice el bienestar y la estabilidad de los estudiantes. Una gestión improvisada e inaceptable.

There are a total of 6-7 teachers in the school.
There are a total of 6-7 teachers in the school. Among them, 3 teachers are very dedicated and friendly to the students. However, unfortunately, the personal qualities of students aged 18-25 are very poor and they are very uncivilized. The public kitchen is often very dirty. The student dormitories are visited by parties spontaneously 2-3 times a week in the midnight , lasting from 3-4 o'clock in the morning, and this happens continuously, making it impossible to sleep. It seriously affects sleep and the next day's study. The school, in order to maintain the tuition fees already collected, only gave verbal warnings to the students who held the parties and did not take immediate countermeasures. If you want to improve your English scores as part of your admission and various exam results in a short period of time, it is not recommended. If you want to experience the English environment for 3-4 weeks and take a break for yourself, you can consider it. You will find that spending too much time and money does not lead to significant improvement in language skills. It is a waste of money because no matter what happens, the school will not handle any refund procedures.

Vraiment se moquer du monde pour rester poli !!! 6 mois de réservation avant et 3 jours avant le départ, j'apprend que mon fils partage la famille d'accueil avec notre voisin, malgréle fait qu'on avait bien précisé le fait que nous ne voulions pas qu'il soient ensemble. Aucune solution ni aucune tentative de changement de famille. A fuir.

Depuis le début, j’ai été accompagnée par un conseiller nommé Jonathan. Il a su répondre à toutes mes questions de manière claire, précise et structurée. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer chaque étape avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, tout en restant très agréable et sympathique.
Grâce à son accompagnement, j’ai été pleinement rassurée et satisfaite, au point de finaliser mon inscription en seulement trois jours. Je le recommande à 100 % !

J'ai été conseillé par Jonathan pour mon séjour à Londres et je ne peux que recommander ! Très agréable et à l'écoute de toutes mes interrogations et réactif dès que j'ai eu besoin de lui. Merci à lui !

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and absolute disappointment regarding my recent experience at Kaplan International Languages Manchester . What was expected to be a professional educational journey was, unfortunately, severely marred by unprofessional behavior, systemic bias, and deeply unethical administrative practices.
First and foremost, I was personally subjected to verbal abuse by an instructor. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any educational institution and constitutes a clear breach of professional ethics. Furthermore, there was an undeniable environment of racial and religious discrimination within the institution. I observed a distinct and systematic bias against Arab and Muslim students, contrasted with unjustified preferential treatment given to students of other nationalities, such as Swiss and French nationals. This blatant double standard created a marginalizing and unwelcoming atmosphere.
In addition to the hostile environment, the quality of education was significantly compromised. There was a deliberate and systematic obstruction of classroom progression during English lessons, which hindered our academic growth. Moreover, in a highly questionable administrative move, I was abruptly transferred to an irrelevant class that I did not need. It became entirely evident that this sudden transfer was executed without any academic justification, but rather as a deceptive maneuver to avoid criticism from the British Council inspectors during their evaluation visit.
Therefore, due to these severe grievances, my experience at Kaplan has been overwhelmingly negative. This treatment not only contradicts the values that your institution claims to uphold but also undermines the trust placed in your program. Consequently, I demand an immediate, transparent, and thorough investigation into these incidents, as such discriminatory, abusive, and manipulative practices must not be tolerated.
I expect a swift and formal response outlining the disciplinary and corrective actions that will be taken.Today, the 26th of June, I was supposed to be standing in front of my friends and classmates beside that famous wall to give my speech, which I had been so excited to practice for this moment! But director of studies destroyed this dream.

Mon Expérience à Kaplan Bournemouth a dépassé ce que je pouvais m’imaginer avant d’arriver. La qualité des cours, des Profs, de l’accueil ainsi que l’ambiance entre étudiants, sont assez exceptionnels ! Mention spéciale pour ma famille d’accueil avec laquelle j’ai pris plaisir à discuter, rire, …et cuisiner un plat traditionnel 🫶 Les classes de + de 30 ans, sont également un atout indiscutable, nous permettant de discuter et d’échanger sur nos expériences professionnelles respectives. Bournemouth est une ville, côtière, agréable, remplie de gens calmes, qui prennent le temps, qui sourient, et qui vous demandent régulièrement, comment vous allez. Ça fait toute la différence !
