This template control lunch box was useless, after only an hour I went eat my hot food and it was cold to room temp so not safe to eat, beats the purpose dosent it

Happy with the prompt delivery. Container bottoms are good but unfortunately the lids don't seal properly so they leak, can't get all the clips to stay clipped to the container so not good for transpo... Vis mer

First, I regret the accident that Auspost has lost your order, which was just confirmed by them today. What to clarify is that we did respond your enquiry email and took immediate action to check with Auspost at the first time. We also sent several emails to advise the updates at our end in the following days. Unfortunately, it seems that non has reached you. I am sad for it. Anyway, we've made a full refund as you wish. Again we regret what happened and appriciate your patience.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish . First time use container cracked . First time taking lid off it chipped all the edge

Low quality
Low quality. Both lids & trays have cracked when separated. Only last 1-2 uses so far.

Good experience
Ordered a 20 pack, a few of the lids where damaged in delivery but was refunded for damaged pack fast, good customer service. The issue was dealt with quick and I'm happy with the product that where fine. Highly recommend.

Took 4 weeks for items to arrive
Took 4 weeks for items to arrive, even after contacting and following up about the delay in what is a simple transaction. I’ve heard all the cliche of excuses and this is no different… only way to improve it is to use a different courier company not the worse one in the industry

I bought the single serve and the 2…
I bought the single serve and the 2 compartments.
I cook in bulk and freeze.
The 2 compartment will be good for a curry and rice etc.
The single tray is big enough for a single person as myself, to put a serve of chicken with 2 or 3 vegetables.
So I am happy with my purchase.

PROS & CONS
PROS:
Useful to simplify the process of meal prep and making lunchboxes. Nice not having to search for matching lids anymore and having a variety of shapes to work with for different scenarios.
CONS:
A bit fragile tending to crack and break after repeated usage.
Some of the containers do not stack well i.e. the lids don't stack into the base which reduces the usable cupboard space.
OVERALL:
I like them and would recommend. hopefully future iterations will be more durable.
