I found a 'compatible' part on Amazon for a cheaper price, but was too afraid that it would end up being returned, so I put off buying it for nearly a year. Luckily my recent search for the part led to HondaPartsNow.com. The outside mirror cover is EXACTLY what I needed: the right color, the right fit. Thank you!
Not Worth Doing Business With Them!!!
I've been a customer for 16 years! I ordered an Atlas Gray part and I received a Tan part!!! Not my fault...Honda's fault!!! The website stated "Gray"! The package had the correct Part Number. However, the part was TAN!!! HondaPartsNow refused to refund or send me the correct part!!! So I will NEVER order from them again! And I suggest you don't either!!! Reason for no longer doing business with them is because "The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to: Any opened packages or unsealed items.". They are willing to lose a 16 year customer over $30!!!

I ordered a part based on the illustration on their website. It was a seat belt buckle with attached cable (i.e. driver's seat belt). They supplied the buckle without the cable, (i.e. passenger's seat belt). I requested a return and refund. They refused.
This was a classic bait and switch, which is illegal.
I would not deal with such a company. Buyer beware!

My RMA request was denied for the return of an unopened shipment.
The company's return policy blocks the return of electrical components, which would be understandable if the order consisted of electronics and the product packaging was opened.
My order was for spark plugs. I didn't open the shipping envelope, let alone the product packaging. Also, calling a spark plug an "electical component" is a bit of a stretch.

Driver's side mirror - NON-NRETURNABLE
My driver's side outside mirror was vandalized. I ordered from Honda Parts Now. It was lost in transit for weeks. I assumed I would never see it. I finally had to pay my local dealer for another. The Honda Parts Now mirror finally showed up a few weeks after I had already given up and bought one from the dealer. Honda Parts Now refused my request for return of the unopened, original packaging not disturbed, and unused mirror. I am now stuck with a $400 mirror through no fault of my own. I was never told the part was not returnable.

This is one of the worst places to buy parts because 99,9% of the time you won’t be able to return parts even if they are damaged or defective they do their best not to return any of your money and if you get lucky to return parts you get hit with a 20-30% restocking fee plus you have to pay for return shipping and it takes forever to get back your refund

Poor customer sevice
Ordered an overhead console assembly for my 2013 Honda Pilot. The diagram was a little fuzzy, but it looked like it included the interior light selector switch. The price seemed reasonable. When I received it, I opened the box and immediately saw the the switch was not in the assembly. I asked for an RMA based on inaccurate description. They asked for a picture, which I sent. They said they would review it. I heard nothing for 2 months. I wrote back and they denied the return because "the box was opened".

Check-out pages does not allow pasting into the credit card number field - provides 16 opportunities to type in the wrong number.
Broke my order into 2 parts before charging my CC causing the 2nd part to be rejected as suspected fraud. Then kept no record of the original order - this according to the help line when called. Cost during re-order was increased by $10.47.
Was a bit difficult to find related parts for front seat trim and power control knobs.

The order was shipped incorrectly to an undeliverable address and returned automatically by USPS
The order was shipped with an undeliverable mailing address (it was literally a street name). Instead of acknowledging the error, a standard RMA (return) was created charging me not only shipping but also the 20% restocking fee. I had to reorder and pay shipping again to get the parts I needed.
I've received no response when I used their comment process directly against the order to help resolve the situation.
My experience with customer service and solving the situation has been poor. Even their online Chat feature only gave me scripted responses never even acknowledging or apologizing for the issue.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered door harnesses for my Accord from this website. I received both harnesses individually, in regular USPS boxes and basic plastic wrapping. Nothing specific. I realized I couldn’t use the harnesses for a project I was working on. I submitted an RMA. I followed the protocol. Initially my return was denied due my items being “electrical”. I replied to the email stating these are in fact just wires and harness. There is in fact no electrical current or fluids being shipped/processed back to you all so this isn’t against protocol. After that reply, I waited 2 business days for them to “review” that reply and they finally accepted my return. I followed their shipping protocol, paid for shipping, submitted an RMA form, and submitted a tracking number to them. The protocol says it’s supposed to take them 5 business days to inspect the product. It took them 10. All to deny my return and tell me it was because “the product was opened”. As I said previously, it was shipped it usps boxes with no conformity and plastic shipping wrapping. So I called the company to confirm the issue, and they tell me that they rejected the return because the item lacked the Honda part sticker. I told them I didn’t know you reused stickers but I’d gladly reship them back. They told me no because the return has already been closed. Basically telling me “you should’ve done it the first time”. And let this be known. I know businesses like this have to make money. I even accepted to pay shipping plus a typical “restocking” fee that usually occurs. But to be denied all together, and give the customer the “run around”, it’s just not good business. Not to mention no one on the phone seemed to be interested in helping me in anyway find a solution. It was basically like a “too bad and screw you” attitude. Not a place I would recommend to anyone and I certainly will not do business with this company again. Seems like to me the vendor they bought the parts from, wouldn’t accept it so they denied me.

Sent a cheap Chinese aftermarket part…
Sent a cheap Chinese aftermarket part and they have a whole list of why you can't return a part. Don't trust as they are sending fraudulent Honda parts. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
