I was told about the testing in clear language but decided against spending the money to get a slightly better hearing aid and - thank goodness - it was accepted and I was not subjected to the ‘hard sell’ for which I was grateful.

The audiologist Daniel was very helpful and was good at explaining what he was doing all the time he was testing my ears I was never rushed .
Would definitely recommend him ,only had my hearing aids 24 hours but already feel more confident.

Amber, the audiometrician who visited us at home, instantly recognised the problem which had resulted from a rather maladroit adjustment by a previous technician who had visited in October and was able to readjust my hearing aid by simply discarding his attempts at adjustment and restoring the status quo

Phoned kings Lynn branch and asked for home visit which was arranged for next day Daniel came out to sort out problem with hearing aids and to put app on phone pleased that i could have a home visit as have mobility issues
