Nicola, the lady who we booked with, was brilliant! Each time I asked a question Nicola answered promptly and with the answers I needed. No change or new idea regarding our booking was too much trouble. Nicola went over and above to ensure our booking went smoothly.

I have used Hays Travel (wigan centre branch), over a number of years now & I'm really happy with the service they provide.
They remove all the stress out of booking a holiday, as dealing face to face with a person which in my opinion is a great advantage working together to provide me with there experience navigating myself through the best option for my budget.
They provide you with hard copies along with electronic details of my booking.
They provide myself booking in prior to arrival at the airport.
Also collecting my tickets hard copies & electronic versions.
I will be booking my next holiday through Hays Travel ( wigan Branch) when the time comes in the future
