Very friendly advisor, helped us to book a holiday. Hays booking system was great it was Riviera’s that was the problem. Advisor sorted it out with a phone call.

They looked at maps of the area for me to give an idea of where hotels were in relation to the centre of the resort. To discussing ideas of day trips. Great service 👏
