Natasha was very friendly &helpful, and was happy to explore all our different holday options.
Hve used Hays Travel Agency before and would happily use them again.

This lady Caitlin in the Sutton store was 100% on the ball , she was with me for about an hour and was very professional and clean speaking and got me the best hoilday, I will definitely be back there again to book a another trip when I come back from this one in July .You should be proud to have a great person working for your company

Friendly staff very helpful it was quick & easy to book holiday did not have to wait long all done in a giffy .very pleased with service.

I could not physically get to the office so dealt with Hays Travel via phone only and found the experience efficient and without stress - they eliminated my concern about not being able to sit across from an agent and am very grateful for their help and understanding and acting upon my requests efficiently.

Having explained what I was looking for Luke went online to see what he could find. There were 2 options I liked and he was happy to flick from one to the other whilst also looking at other options.
My c/c wasn't accepted due to restrictions I'd forgotten to change but he was quite happy for me to take the time to amend my c/c restrictions and pay in full ( which was what I wanted to do).

What a pleasure, We knew what we were planning (roughly) and after talking to Karen she made some notes and a few phone calls as well as speaking to her colleagues and put it all together.
We have now booked a very exciting trip to Nashville then onto Mephis and ending in New Orleons.
Amazing choices on hotels and trips along the way.
The whole planning / booking process couldnt have been easier with absolutely no rush or pressure.
We felt completely in control with every querie answered with confidence and Karen made the whole process super easy and stress free.

It is my second time booking with Hays Travel and I’m extremely happy with the service. Caitlin has booked both holidays for me. I wanted a quick getaway with my children now they are all older to enjoy it as well as one of them would’ve finished their GCSE’s. So Caitlin for me a last minute break at a reasonable price I’m so excited. She was very patient and attentive to my needs as I will need special assistance and a specific seat. I will definitely be booking again with her.

Having had an excellent experience booking long haul flights last June at Hays in Kingswood, Bristol I chose Hays in Sutton with no hesitation. I had my choice of dates, airline choice and destination ready and so the initial plan and quote was quickly provided by a friendly member of staff who printed the details for me to refer to as I needed to check timings with another family member.
However there was a problem as I didn't receive any follow-up email. I phoned the shop the next day and spoke to another staff member who checked my email details and discovered an error. When she had corrected my email address this staff member successfully emailed an updated quote and guided me through the payment process. She then provided a printed copy for me to collect the same day and explained about any further options associated with my flights.
I am satisfied my travel plans are in safe hands and further assistance will be easy to access if and when required.

Mandy in Sutton is so patient, efficient and helpful. And lovely and smiley too.
