Great staff, very approachable, very pleasant.

Giving me advice on how to look up holidays on Jet 2 to get the correct room so that could sort out a shortlist to return to book. So it only took about 10 minutes when I returned to book my holiday. Great service in store yet again!

As always fabulous personal service by the lovely Assistant Manager who knew our names and preferences. We booked 2 x holidays for 2027 and after 11 years would never go anywhere else - we are truly looked after.

Booking my holiday was very easy has always. I have been booking with Hays Travel now for a few years and my experience has also been excellent with the staff. We have just come back from our hols and had a fantastic time.

The experience was truly enjoyable. Holly was our agent and we found her to be very pleasant and helpful. She made the whole thing very easy. We booked a cruise and are really looking forward to going.

Holly was knowledgeable and patient with us during our booking process. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed. We left with the holiday we wanted. Would recommend.

The young lady was very efficient and polite. All our questions answered with total understanding of our inquires

We were disappointed that the price had increased when we came to boo the holiday. We only enquired about 3pm sunday afternoon and came to book it at around 3pm Monday and it had gone up. We thought the first price would have been held for us. We had to check with our friends holidays from work before we could pay.

Very helpful advice given and I would like to day how lovely the lady who dealt with me was ( sorry I don’t know her name but I hope you feel better for your holiday on Friday ! ). We went in to book last minute holiday spoke to an absolute amazing lady who helped us so much . Very friendly and polite and gave us lots of option

I will need assistance at airport and she told us she would.organise this and ri g us monday. On Sunday had phone call she had sorted not only my assistance but had managed to seat all 3 of us together which was exactly what I wanted.
100% recommend Hays . Definitely be going there for my future holidays
