Very good and the young lady that helped us was very good with us and so far she has been keeping us updated with the Holiday

We went in knowing where we wanted to go and when. Kara was as helpful as she always is (we book all our holidays with Hays) in no time she had found the perfect accommodation and flights. We were a bit fussy about the flight times and airport but she found the perfect solution.

We went for advice regarding a first cruise. Gemma was exceptional. She listened, then explained her thoughts and gave her professional advice. All sorted. We booked exactly what we wanted based on her experience. We left happy that the job was completed. Gemma is totally professional and clearly customer orientated. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Hays Travel in Selby highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Jensen, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our holiday was perfect.

Jensen was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of our options, offered helpful advice without any pressure, and found us an amazing holiday at a fantastic price. Thanks to his expertise, we're now looking forward to staying at the Titanic Deluxe Lara in Lara, and we genuinely can't wait for our holiday!

Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach made the whole booking experience completely stress-free. It's rare to receive customer service of this standard these days, but Jensen is a real credit to Hays Travel.

We have just had a fabulous holiday in Majorca , Angeline Hall from Hays Travel Selby arranged everything from the hotel the night before and the car parking to the flight with pre booked seats and right down to out private transfer to the hotel . The Hotel in Santa Ponsa was brilliant!
Everything ran as smooth as a drum and we would definitely recommend and book again with Hays Travel Selby , Jet 2 and Angeline Hall our travel agent of course .

This was our first coach holiday and it was great from start to finish,the ladies at hays travel in Selby were lovely and so friendly and helpful.When we arrived at our destination Blackpool it was heaven and so perfect, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive the waiting staff were great when it came to meal times and the evening entertainment had everyone in stitches with laughter it was a great atmosphere.We got a great room with a sea view what we asked for,we enjoyed it so much we have booked to go again in October for the lights.
