Hays Travel staff never fail to help us find our right holiday, and they will do all they can to ensure we get the holiday we want. We prefer to use Hays travel above any other company, because of the after sales service, all we do is look,book and sit back.. cannot fault them at all.

We could not of had a better experience at hays travel -salford ,thanks to saskia who from start to finish was really helpful she listened to what we were looking for and found us a great first holiday for our family ,we loved every minute and have even returned to book our 2nd holiday .big shout out to saskia for being so good at what she does .

I have been using Hays for many years and always find the staff and service very helpful.
We called in on the 11th Aug and spoke to Joanne who booked the holiday for us without a fuss, we discussed another holiday and I returned the next day and another lady dealt with me as Joanne was busy and she booked that for us, no problem.
