Amelia was fantastic and extremely helpful when assisting to book our last minute holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she didn’t rush and she was very thorough with all aspects of finding the perfect package for us. Amelia made sure everything was simple and gave me a step by step account of what I’d need to do on arriving at the destination. Thankyou Amelia - we will be back soon to get something else booked!

Great customer service

Great customer service for working families
We used Hays for the first time and found the experience enjoyable and helpful. Amelia, was patient and understood our requirements straight away and presented great options and we chose immediately.
