Walked into the newly decorated shop, there were 4 agents sitting at desks, graham who we have booked with before was with a couple, so we went to Mia. We already knew where we wanted to go on Holiday... Vis mer

I have marked down 1 star as they were unable to confirm our package with the third party company at the time. They then contacted us that evening to say the dates weren’t available so we had to move a day along.

Going above and beyond.
On booking my holiday with Hays travel. The only problem was with my phone, there was no way I could be contacted. I went into the travel shop and spoke to Zoe who booked my holiday, with a money saving. Whilst I was their Mia spent a considerable time trying to sort out why I could not receive a call from Hays, she contacted Head office, even spoke to a tec. Person.
So thanks to her persistence, although it could not be resolved.
