Joanne who served us was excellent. She sorted us out, with exactly what we were looking for holiday wise. Because it was last minute she was able to print out all of our paperwork and even check us in. A great experience, and we will certainly use Hays again.

Joanne is very efficient, explains everything clearly and precisely. She offers products but isn't pushy with it. The team are very friendly and helpful and professional it is true customer service which is rare nowadays. You are not left standing whilst they have a conversation amongst themselves and ignore you for 5 minutes which you get alot of in other businesses. It is true customer service and that's why I keep going back to them

Its just great personal service and i know all the staff by name. Wont go anywhere else to book a hokiday.

Went to Hays Travel Agent,Mapperley ,Nottingham on 5th August 2026 to book a Saga Douro cruise for October 2027. Was greeted by charming and smiling Julie who organised all the travel arrangements with aplomb. It is indeed very nice to know that you have expertise advice and you feel very confident over the whole process. This is another booking completed implacably with Hays Travel. As per usual, Julie and all the staff at Mapperley provide an excellent service.

Julie at your Mapperley branch was most helpful in researching a holiday for us. Nothing was too much trouble. She listened to our questions and did her best to answer them openly and honestly

The staff are first class.
I am not an experienced traveler and they go out of their way to help , but so natural. They know what they are doing and instil confidence and sure they go above and beyond to help.
Cannot Praise them enough. Barbara was the Lead today and really took the time with me. Julie shared her experiences and also Joanne is lovely from past holidays booked.
You should be very proud of them. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.
