Great travel agent!
Chris was extremely good, dealt with all the problems resulting from a cancelled holiday & rebooked another. This took a couple of hours and he was extremely patient. I have used Hays travel before and will in the future.

After booking we have had regular communication - we have asked stupid questions and never been made to feel stupid - that you so much will recommend to all.
Some bad news for you - WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR !!!!!!
