Carol rang me and even though it took her three hours to find the perfect one for me, she persisted until she found one that suited us. I can't say enough how fantastic she was. She was friendly, really helpful and made the process a lot easier for us. She is an asset to the company.

Brilliant service at Boscombe Hays travel. We booked a safari, our first 'proper' holiday through a travel agent . Teshany guided us through the process, explaining all the options and answering our questions. It was an easy and enjoyable process.
