All good as always, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is my 5th holiday this year and i would go nowhere else for than Hays Travel to make my arrangments.

I always book with Kirsty at the Blyth branch, she is welcoming and very friendly. From the moment you walk in the store her smile greets you, she sits and has a general natter with you, I won't book anywhere else 😃
