the worst thing about our experience could not be helped by store staff, but when they had to ring the company that you use they were waiting for an hour, we were offered refreshments, but they should not have to wait this long

I was told that you wouldn’t be beaten…
I was told that you wouldn’t be beaten on price and also told it would be the best price so I trusted the adviser only to find if I had booked it direct with jet2 I got it £200 pounds cheaper .
I will book it direct next time I go anywhere.
As I book a lot of holidays for myself and other groups .
