Very happy with the service from Gold Arts. Not only during the purchase of two wedding rings in January but also 7months later, when the heat had made my finger too big. They resized and polished it on the same day.
Obviously, we won’t be buying any more wedding rings but for anything else, we’ll visit the knowledgeable and friendly people at Gold Arts.

I was blown away with my experience with Emma and the team at the Brighton store.

I got in touch with them for some advice on how to rework my engagement ring (which had a missing diamond). They came up with a beautiful re worked design - using the gold and diamonds and made something new that was above and beyond my expectations. I also needed a family heirloom resized and I felt so comfortable leaving it in their capable hands.

The team are so lovely and the shop in Brighton had such a family feel. They were fab at communication and kept me in the loop during the whole process. Really reasonably priced too!

Michelle and Emma was so helpful. I had a ring that I had bought from another jeweller in Brighton (Fidra Jewellers) who we're not helpful in fixing my ring which had a diamond missing. I was informed that I needed to find a Craftsman who could fix as they couldn't. I was lucky that I went into Golds Art and after explaining what had happened to Michelle she said they would be able to help me and shocked that the other jeweller had informed me to sort it myself. Between Michelle, Emma and the craftsman Mark, I was so pleased my ring is fixed and they even noticed another diamond was loose in the mount which the other 1 hadn't.

Martin, Katy and Steph were amazing!! I had a ring stuck on my finger and I was told to go to A&E but they got the ring off instantly! There was no wait time which was great, as it was an emergency. They were so easy to talk to, and the service was great! Thank you

Called up on Saturday afternoon to arrange an appraisal and dropped my ring off a few hours later. I was greeted by Kim, who was incredibly friendly and made the whole process effortless. I then received a call at 9am on Monday morning to let me know my ring was ready to collect — a fantastic turnaround! Great service all round, would highly recommend!

I recently took an engagement ring to Gold Arts for resizing after purchasing it from a third-party retailer, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

From the start, the staff were polite, professional and very straightforward about the work involved. They explained that there was a possibility the engraving inside the ring might be affected during the resizing process, but they would do their best to preserve it.

There was also a pricing error in my favour when I was initially quoted. When the mistake was discovered, they still honoured the original price without hesitation. I actually offered to contribute more towards the cost because I felt it was only fair, especially given the quality of the work they carried out.

Not only did they successfully resize the ring, but they also managed to keep the engraving intact, which was a fantastic result. The work was completed more quickly than expected too.

It's refreshing to deal with a business that is honest, professional and genuinely puts customer service first. I would highly recommend Gold Arts to anyone looking for jewellery repairs, resizing or bespoke work.

I am on holiday in Brighton and called into Gold Arts this afternoon because a link on my watch bracelet had come undone. I was helped by Kim who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. While I was waiting Kim was helping a couple who were choosing wedding rings she was absolutely brilliant. They were looking at vintage and new rings and she explained the difference in gold standards and quality. She ensured the couple knew the best value for money and were happy with their choice. Kim is an example of an exemplary salesperson. If you're thinking of purchasing jewellery I would highly recommend visiting and having a chat with Kim. The shop has a great selection of jewellery and I'll definitely drop in again the next time I'm in Brighton

Great service. Welcoming, explained what was going to be needed, how it would be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost, without me having to ask. Did a great job and when I popped back a little earlier than they had anticipated it was ready and the work was done. Recommend to anyone.

Emma and Michelle were so helpful when I came in with very stuck engagement and wedding rings. Friendly, professional and very good at putting me at my ease when cutting my rings off. I’m looking forward to going back for them to be resized when my finger’s gone back to a normal shape!

Wonderful staff and great help, let our dog in and were very kind to her. Just needed help with my ring as it was bent slightly out of shape and they were super helpful, would definitely go back again!

A friend took my disabled husband into Gold Arts, the Lanes, Brighton to get my engagement ring checked and cleaned in advance of our wedding anniversary.

Not only did the get a chair for my husband to sit on as he can be very wobbly on his legs but managed to check it over and cleaned there and then.

I can’t believe how sparkly the whole ring looks.

One of the best jewellery shops in The Lanes. Competitively priced jewellery and lovely helpful staff who do not pressurise their customers make for a really enjoyable experience. Have bought and sold several items here over the past 15 years. Highly recommended.

The necklace locket and charm were received very well packed and beautifully presented very efficiently and quickly posted and arrived in plenty of time for my daughters birthday
I cannot thank you enough for being able to present them to her on her 60th birthday

The stock has excellent quality stock which is lovely to have in Eastbourne.

Called in with a vintage identity bracelet that had some charms on that I wanted removing. I was expecting to leave it there but was told it could be done there and then. 2 minutes later it was done. And really it couldn’t have been cheaper! I was speechless. Highly recommended 🙏🏻😊

I inherited my mums ring, which might not be at a premium but for me it is priceless!

As it was 2 sizes too big and well loved it needed re-sizing and a good polish.

I reached out to Gold Arts and they absolutely understood the sentimental value of my mums ring and they took care of it.
