Don't buy globe broadband service…

Don't buy globe broadband service whatever u do. The service sucks and they scam u on the equipment. They charged me 4500 for the box and will not give me any money back to terminate the service even though I paid 10k 500 for service and all they want to give me back is 1k 400. They claim the router I bought and I only had the service 1 month so they want to keep 9000 pesos. Ludicrous. Get pldt if at all possible

Unprofessional behavior and bad ping.

Representative just dropped the phone on me after asking stupid information requests. I simply wanted to know if there's a maintenance on going in my area. LOL. Can't even answer a simple question.

Also: ping > 300ms on Asia Server.

Dear Globe Customer Service,

Dear Globe Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Globe branch located in Pampanga Marquee Mall on 6th Aug,2024. My experience at this branch was marked by unprofessional behavior and inadequate customer support, which I feel warrants immediate attention and a formal response from your office.
Upon visiting the branch, I inquired about my data plan as it had expired, and I was unable to contact Globe via the messenger chatbot for assistance. A sales agent informed me that data service was on break and, unfortunately, claimed that she herself was also on break. This was perplexing and frustrating, particularly as the branch was staffed with five other employees.
Our concern was further aggravated when the sales agent displayed a lack of professionalism by leaving and making inappropriate gestures towards us, including sticking out her tongue and making faces. Despite our attempts to address the situation with her directly, she refused to come out and apologize.
Given the unsatisfactory service from the sales agent, we requested assistance from the shop manager. The manager eventually addressed our issue and managed to reactivate our data plan. While this resolution was appreciated, the overall experience was marred by the initial poor service and unprofessional conduct of the sales agent.
This situation reflects poorly on Globe's commitment to customer service and professionalism. As a valued customer, I expect a higher standard of service and behavior from your staff. I request a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation of the measures that will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
I would appreciate a prompt response to this letter addressing my concerns and outlining the steps Globe intends to take to ensure a better customer experience.

I'm really disappointed with Globe's…

I'm really disappointed with Globe's service.
They didn't even give notice that my contract with them had ended.
That included free calls to Globe mobile.
Now they're charging for calls.
I called their service center asking if the charge could be waived since I didn't know that the free calls had ended.
Then, my payment history is good, and I don't use the telephone that much.
It's been 2 weeks, and I still haven't received any feedback. They told me to wait for 2 days, but until now, there's still nothing.

Ive been with globe for a long time..

Ive been with globe for a long time... Their chat or customer support is the worst... Including email as well... They have chat agent but will reply in 10 to 15 ninutes making sure your chat will end with nothibg... I chat with kim today ang she just left me hanging account 922392148 now i have maxine who is just the same....

Globe why waste your money hiring this agents... Get an agent who do the job... Its a waste of money and it ruins the image of your company

Kung may zero ratings ,zero ilalagay ko, grabi globe ilang days na kami tumawag na mag pa cut na kami ng line pero hanggang ngaun hindi pa nagawa , sabi ni customer service Arry pinabayea tawagan niya kami 5pm last friday naghintay kami walang tumawag, bayad na kami anu pa ba kailangan naghintay kami ng tawag sa inyo today isang ring lang nawala na paano sagutin pag isang ring wala na, pag tumawag kami ulit sa hotline niyo bibigyan kami ng reference number tapos maghintay ulit sa tawag nyo hanggang kailan ganito globe..nag bayad kami ng tama, tumawag kami sa inyo para mag pa permanent termanition ..ganito ba kahirap globe magpa cut ng linya .wala kaming utang sa inyo paki ayos naman trabaho niyo

Globe Telecom is the worst

It has the worst WiFi and the speed is slow and weak always running out fast and I got scammed by Globe Telecom. It always keeps me raging so I will switch to converge I shall rate this 1 star

GLOBE TELECOM THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I have been a Globe Telecom subscriber for more than a decade, and I recently renewed my postpaid account. I requested a change to my old mobile number. Globe recycles mobile numbers, but do not take the time and make the effort to check if the recycled number they will assign a subscriber is fully free to be used. The recycled number they assigned to me cannot be used on Apple, GCash, or BDO. I asked for the recycled number they gave me to be changed to a new, clean one or reverted to the original number. I even said that if I have to pay ₱5,500.00 PHP for the admin fee, I'd be willing to do so just to get it changed to a truly new, clean number I can use. But they're unwilling to assist me and are dead set on telling me, "YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS". The recycled number is only good for texts and calls. Globe Telecom's chat representatives are no better than their chat bot. They do not consider situations. They're unwilling to escalate requests. Team leads, supervisors, and managers are hesitant to look into the valid reasons for the second change number request. Globe Telecom does not value loyal repeat business. I regret ever renewing my account with them. I am in utter disgust with the lack of empathy.

I suppose to write 0

I suppose to write 0. I scheduled a technician for slow connection, and I collected screenshots. However the phone representative insisted that the connection is good. Also technician just check the modem and leave. I have this problem for months now, not to mention this happens almost a year and still unresolved. I have this service for 4 years and I still have my patience. Hope you know this before I leave your company.

Globe does not answer queries anymore

Globe does not answer queries anymore. It will make you wait for 24 hours in messenger? and when the Customer service alledgely appears (don't know if that is a bot too) ofcourse you can't be waiting online in messenger for 24 hours God knows what hour will that be. You will end up with no answers to pressing questions outside their almost useless electronic manual - the bot.

TERRIBLE customer service and product

I asked for an internet transfer to my new house, they turned off my internet more than 24 hours before the transfer and I was unable to work (working from home with com or wifi). the technician said that we would NOT need to take the modem to the new house and so we didn't, when the day of transfer arrived he simply said that he needed the modem (lack of information and training), installed a temporary one and said that the next day he would return to install the new modem. he NEVER came back (it's been almost 5 days) and my internet hasn't been working since then. I don't have internet at home, I'm not working and the amount will be deducted from my payment because of them. On top of that, when I enter the chat to speak to the Globe representatives, they close the chat in my face, I scheduled calls and no one has called me yet (more than 2 days) and the technician doesn't show up at my house. I asked agent APRIL for the service protocol and she stopped responding to me and did not close the chat, in other words, she is ignoring me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

it’s been 2 weeks and still, we have no wifi!!!!! we already just got it fixed a week ago because of the fire that caused it near our area. And now, it’s because they said that they are trying to relocate the wires!! Okay i get it and i understand but they have informed us that they will schedule a visit to our house BUT NO ONE CAME. FOR THE THIRD TIME ALREADY. Is this a joke? We have received multiple texts from different specialists AND THEY ARE ALL TALK. I am very disappointed because everyone in our household are mainly relying on data.. We have to go to work or to school just to get our job done or to take online classes and other important stuff that needs to be completed within the day! OH MY GOD GLOBE VERY DISAPPOINTING TALAGA HAY NAKO LAGI NALANG!!!! We always pay on time so I don’t get this kind of treatment. Galing ah taking us for granted meanwhile in the same bldg, someone who is also using the same network has theirs FIXED?!?!!!! no comment.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Paid for the top up, which did not receive.

Registration was a nightmare, keep refreshing pages after uploading required photos, was successful after 59th attempt, I can still remember all the info need to fill up.
