I have purchased a Roaming Australia on December 6. When I arrived, it did not work, I escalated it to them 3 days in a row and all i received was it is being reviewed and they will get back to me. I went back on December 15, without able to use their roaming service. No one contacted me at all! And now I am requesting for refund and this is their response.
Thank you for patiently waiting. I would like to inform you that your follow-up concern was already closed due to incomplete information. Also, you should be abroad to be able to refund it again as a promo. As much as I want to do another escalation for it, I am saddened to say that the promo has already expired. Thank you for your deeper understanding. Do you have other concerns apart from this?

i want to give them zoro stars but not possiable on monday 16 of december @ 8.51 am i buy load and paid 300 pecos and i not recived it and the money was taken from my credit card , i even called to the globe office in the annex in north esta in quezon city and that lady said she will help but notting happened since
the moral of the story is be warned globe scammed me out of 300 pecos and they did notting about it shame on you

Their help center doesn’t help at all. Can’t submit payments using a visa card on their sht app. Calling their hotline number is also sht because a robot answers the call and gives you choices that’s not about your concern at all.
The money and time Globe costed me
I'll try to make this short. I had Globe at Home one year. Tried to shut it off Sept 5 24. Finally after many messages and 2 trips to Globe stores I had the service stopped Sep13. However, that was not the end. Globe continued billing me and shut my service off in Oct 24. (Which was not in use) Followed by now harassment from a collection agency. After many conversations with them, I returned to a Globe store Oct 29th. After a 2 hour wait- I was 4th person in the SM City-Cebu the representative resolved the issue. Everyone at the Globe stores were very nice and helpful, but my three trips there costed me at least 1100 pesos via Grab and a good full day and 1/2 in my time. There needs to be a better way for at Home customers to resolve such issues. Being number 4 in line and waiting 2hours is unacceptable. Globe gives Senior Citizens priority, therefore 5 that came in long after I did were seen before I was. Now I understand that if a person is handicap or ill etc.. but 4 of those were perfectly health and a couple younger than I.

If I could give negative stars, I would like come on. People are paying for your service and you keep on disconnecting anytime of the day. People are busy and needs to do their work. While globe sits still and trolls people by cutting the internet for 10 mins just to continue it later on when their customers already suffered, money hungry people. So F**** STUPID.

nag-suggest kayo para magpalit kami ng modem to a newer device, sa mas reliable na lumang device. now, after 24hrs, look who's connected on mobile hotspot and working on limited data.
Avoid completely. 100% Negative reviews. Criminal what they get away with.
Just get literally Internet from anywhere else, any other option possible. Globe / TM is the worst Internet on planet earth. No matter you buy 2000gb of downloads, they will limit that to 2gb a day and once you hot 2gb of data which on social media and gaming and streaming YouTube these days lasts about an hour, they turn your speed down to 0.01kbs basically nothing.
You're better off using paybox Internet Street kids use in the slums. Much more reliable than globe.

One of the worst companies on earth. Just plain monopolizes the internet industry in the Philippines. We had no internet for 2 months and yet are still paying full amount. Customer service doesn't help either. Expensive rates with extraordinarily bad service.

We have been requesting for Globe to terminate the line and they kept on saying that they cannot reach me. Wala naman tumatawag.
Yung globeone app nila walang option to terminate. It gets redirected to FB messenger which still require manual verification tapos termination will take 48 to be processes. When you miss their call, they will just close the ticket and do nothing.
Kung sa ibang bansa to, via app pede mo na cancel kasi there’s proper authentication once you log into the app.
Worst experience with their internet
Worst experience with their internet, and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Filed a for technician visit since we dont have internet for about a week, and the visit keeps on getting rescheduled and CANCELLED. It seems that their red counterpart is better!

informed we want the plan cancelled, it is already reflected in globe one app that it’s disconnected but the bill continue to arrive every month until now. And every time, we call them, chatbot and email- and today after months of hell with them, they’d call to inform that we have to pay the accumulated bill since June. Like what the f! We’ve been trying to inform you, you disconnected yet we have to pay for the bill for those months we’re not using the plan anymore?! this is f ridiculous!

We've had an issue with the connection for almost a week now.
Immediately sent request for repair, but until now, no technician visit. The first repair attempt was done remotely with "no issue found" then automatically closed the ticket without proceeding to tech visit.
Very hard to get update/ track request because the ChatBot is very limited
