BAD SSRVICE

We’ve had no internet for over two weeks despite multiple repair requests and payment. No technician has shown up. Appointments are rescheduled without notice, and there’s no way to speak to a real person. This is unacceptable.

We rely on internet to work remotely. Your failure to deliver basic service shows a lack of respect for your customers. We are now considering switching providers.

We demand a refund for the downtime and immediate resolution of this issue

The worst telecom companies I’ve ever dealt with

I bought a Globe physical SIM card as soon as I arrived in the Philippines and paid for the 3-day 5GB plan. It never activated. Thinking the SIM might be faulty, I paid again for the eSIM, but that didn’t work either. Now I’ve paid twice, have no internet, and can’t even purchase a new plan — every attempt gives me an error.

What makes it even worse is their nonexistent customer support. The only way to “contact” Globe is through a useless Facebook bot that just loops through preset options and never connects you with a human. There’s no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability.

I’ve wasted money, time, and energy, and still don’t have basic mobile service. If you’re a tourist or resident, avoid Globe at all costs. There are much more reliable alternatives like Smart.

Globe unlimited waste of time and money

Buyed à local SIM card, has to register it by local ID (ok my fault, my passport don’t accepted). Even after that was just able to buy a bundle with all « unlimited call and data » but unable to find a simple load for a gsm call to my old mom who don’t use data but a normal phone (yeah you know that old stuff). Even with multiple attempt from locals and my wife relatives. I’m about to use swisscom expensive roaming to call because I’m just p**ed off. Actually it’s nice to give all inclusive when there is no network at all, any rain makes the LTE or 3G antenna switch off, yeah let’s call it « it’s more fun in Philippine ». Luckily I still have my ESIM with data from Ubigi that works (if there is smart network… not in some remote places). Even chat GPT can’t help me that time.

I’ve received no proper assistance

I’ve received no proper assistance. To make things worse, the customer service I encountered was rude and unhelpful.

I expected better from Globe. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.

Twice within 6 months outages!

Twice within 6 months, we have experience outages, with average of 7 days prior technician visit! Twice I experienced that the globeone app automatically closes the initial ticket because according to them, the outage is already resolved when it is not! You have to constantly check the app to ensure that the ticket is still open! Else the technician will never come! Terrible customer service!

Paying for internet connection monthly…

Paying for internet connection monthly yet can't provide proper quality always down and just this week we lost connection for 1 week still going we tried calling yet always kept saying coming yet no one arrived where losing money without even using what we bought

I am constantly using globe and gcash…

I am constantly using globe and gcash and using both for the longest time, but 4 days ago no one can call me and it does not connect. Now i found out my sim card expired? This is very BS as now i cannot use my gcash. This is very poor customer service since i was told i can no longer reactivate my sim and that i need to buy a new one.

The internet connection is too bad

The internet connection is too bad, we can understand maintenance problem but it's not even in short period. It been almost 5 days bad connection! Something wrong with you towers? Then maybe send a text for signal disruption. Please reflect in your services, it seriously frustrating.

Worst support and company thay block my…

Worst support and company thay block my card and tell me if need to use other pament they don't give reward like free pancake even trough they sent me the reward "you hae reward" support is arrogant and stupid they open ticket to close it without solving or contacting me back if you have a card on them expect no help in anything and they even sell scam card in airport for 2000 pesos for something that cost 99 pesos stay away also tm is parter with them do also stay away everything globe related

You need to be reported to philipine justice system for fraud!

Company has dark UX on their globe app…

Company has dark UX on their globe app that tricks you into purchasing some of their plans which doesn’t show the fine print that you’ll be charged for 12 months even if you don’t have any intention of using or buying it. No contract was signed but they treat the pushing of the button as a “contract”. There’s also no way to refund.

If you try to contact them they will leave you hanging for 4 months (and counting)

They will say it’s a valid charge because the user said

i bought a GLOBE SIM card and have it registered. i loaded 25.00 hte next day, after a half an hour my 25.00 was gone, i didnt use my phone

the next say, i loaded another 25.00, and was gone after few minutes... i went to GLOBE office in SM TAYTAY BRANcj, but couldnt explain what happened..

the following day i bought another 25.00 again, and again it was gone without using it..

GLOBE sucks,, DONT BUY SIM CARD again, ever..

who ever iis reading this, YOU STOLE my money, who can i complain when your employees are retard..

Don't buy traveler eSim online from…

Never buy a traveler eSim online from Globe Telecom!! In some cases the download does not work, as in my case (due to technical problems on the part of Globe Telecom). And you will never get a refund. Better get a card locally that will be set up for you.
