Northolt Leisure Centre gym is good in general but just a shame the instructor called Wayne ruins the experience for paying members. Sadly, I don't think the gym cares to address his behaviour. You'd think after so much negative reviews and complaints, he would at least have a light bulb moment or some accountability but none. I can only jump to the conclusion that management tolerate it. I can't give them benefit of doubt of not knowing about this because they obviously are aware of Wayne's behaviours. I seriously don't joke when I say i see Wayne confronting and arguing with people more than I see him helping people train. maybe it's a thing of him being bored so he tries to start petty arguments to save time for himself. I don't know.

i'll give 0 if it had one. terrible website to book anything.

Very clean lanes well organised in swimming pool.

It is a really nice place for relaxation.

Attended first muscular skeletal session, was quite anxious as first time,however 2 chaps in reception were very friendly and showed me around ,gave me a tablet to take to poolside, I arrived early as requested for first time to complete medical history,however I was quickly told by lifeguard that I was too early and go back to changing rooms,was eventually told to return,fortunately a friend was there and assisted me, instructor finally arrived and put music on but disappeared to other end of pool, she was very nice and I agreed if needed I would watch others, unfortunately my tablet was slow and then went blank,but also I couldn’t see the other person’s tablets as unable to wear glasses in pool,my friend s tablet finished and he got out so I decided to follow, so disappointed and decided this is not for me, however now I’ve been back to the centre after 4 years I think I will just go along to a swim session which I think will be more suitable and flexible.

We went to the washington everyone Active . This is the 3rd time we have been to this swimming pool . I dont know why we bother . Staff so rude and the slides are never on . They charge you full price and half the stuff isn't open . It does not state on the App it said the slides where on . My Husband asked the lady on the desk why the slides where not on again , and she was very rude . Will not be going here again

I visited Hillsborough leisure centre and signed up for a membership. I was served by Nikola who was very polite and professional, she explained everything to me in details and was very patient with me while I got to grips with things. Nikola is a real asset to the workforce

I recently won a one-week gym membership at Everyone Active Stevenage and have thoroughly enjoyed making the most of it.

The staff and members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried lots of classes for the first time, including Tap, Line Dancing, Zumba, Group Cycling, Kettlebells and Forever Fit. I had an excellent introduction to the strength equipment and used the nearby pool facilities.

It’s been a fun, varied and really positive experience, and I’ve felt encouraged and comfortable from the moment I arrived.

Highly recommended!

I’m familiar with the swimming facilities and go there as often as I can. The booking is easy and there are lots of slots to choose from. The whole place is clean and airy and very well maintained on the whole. Staff always very helpful

Great atmosphere in the gym , good all round activities fir all the family , parking is easy and all ways available . Staff are friendly and helpful , clean regularly and well maintained .
Only fault shame water stations was upgraded like other centers have .

Had a great time at ashby lido, only wish you could stay longer than the 2 hours

I have recently moved to Hornchurch and wanted to join a gym. I found everyone active at Harrow Lodge Leisure Centre. Upon arrival I spoke with Leonie. She went through all the different memberships with me. I can honestly say she was so lovely, so attentive, professional, caring and most of all made me feel at ease. I was a little nervous but she made the entire process easy. I feel as though I have connected with Leonie because of her kindness and caring nature. Thankyou Leonie I wish there were more people like you.

My son has recently started swimming lessons and the swimming crash course and I am amazed at the progress he has made in just 2 weeks from doing this! Really happy with the outcome and can’t wait to see his progression 😀

I'm a member of EIS Sheffield's gym and was extremely disappointed to receive a parking fine while attending the facilities. As a result of this experience, I've cancelled my gym membership

Went to the recently opened Abbey Fields leisure centre with my granddaughter for a family swim. Didn’t know what to expect on our first visit but was really impressed with the staff, cleanliness and general layout. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff very good facilities and very clean!

Okay, gym with decent equipment. However there is no AC in the gym and during warm weather the place is unusable. The changing rooms and the steam and sauna areas all need a deep clean as there is a constant bad smell and dirt marks everywhere

Bought a membership a few days ago and cancelled by mistake. The local centre can't help me reinstate my membership, the customer service line never answers the phone and every time I submit an enquiry, I receive an automated reply, asking me to fill out the direct debit form, which I've done many times already! Getting fed up now, I've paid for days to use a gym that I can't access because of their ridiculous customer service! I would recommend any other gym!
