My car Only lasted 6 months, This place is a scam selling bad cars ... The dealership wont help, I also have the silverback extended warranty and still no help, I'm gonna lose my car to repo and basically ruin my life because of drivetime cars and customer serves, Thanks drivetime

Decision is fully credit based. Sat there almost 5 hrs to have my down payment jump 2k based on credit. The 7 day guarantee price through the pre approval is not valid since it's not based on a hard credit check. It's just to get you in the door by false expectations

Drive time literally came to my rescue after a day of continuous let's downs. I thought for sure the offer on the I terner was a joke and was completely surprised when I found out it was legit! The guy Dan Ross found us the best deal and made sure we knew exactly what all of our options were! Plus the warranty is almost too good to be true. I would highly recommend drive time!

It was a very easy process. Lamonte the first night was awesome. I got there late and had to come back the next day. I can't remember that guys name but he is new and very through. I have bought many cars over my life. I have never had a sales person take the time to show me what features the car has and how to operate them. If that is a Drive time thing. That is awesome. Like my hatch can be adjusted. Who knew and I have bought several brand NEW cars from their dealerships. Like a Nissan Pathfinder. So, you guys got it going on. The manager was great. I kept them there past closing and I apprecate that so much because I had come from Indiana. So, my experience was awesome. I have spent a whole day at a dealer ship getting a car. Loved it. You got an A+ from me!

Our experience with DriveTime NW Cincinnati branch was AMAZING! We picked the truck we wanted, the down payment was exactly what it had quoted in the “get your terms” as well as the payment. However we did add the extra warranty and gap insurance so our payment ended up being higher, which is fine and still within our budget. The sales department was awesome and made the process painless, especially after driving 4 hours from Pittsburgh. We dealt with Daniel Ross, he was professional and personable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely do business with DriveTime again!

The entire team was wonderful! Spencer helped us out and kept a smile on his face….. despite my picky daughter when choosing a car and it being close to closing time! 5/5 stars guys! Would recommend and def go back if I ever needed another car!

I bought my 2015 Silverado from the drivetime in Cincinnati Ohio not even 3 months ago truck was in good shape which I thought now its in the shop for engine repair with a total value of $3800 not including labor cost. Also watch out for the warranty the offer for repairs trucks been in the garage for a month now with not one part approved.

Jon and Daniel were great. Cars were ready and paperwork was a breeze.

I really appreciate drivetime and there employees Courtney and Spencer they where very helpful and polite. They got me what I was looking for and needed for my family. Thank you again.
