This is my second vehicle purchased from the dealer in fort worth. The first vehicle's engine went out before it's first oil change. I decided to give it another shot my second vehicle has now stopped operating properly due to either trouble with the hybrid engine or the actual engine. I've has the car 5 months. I was not informed that no extended warranty was offered on the hybrid and in fact only found out when the car broke down I had a 100,000 mile warranty on the hybrid engine. The vehicle had 90,000 miles when I purchased it. Drivetime has effectively set my plans to rebuild my credit all the way back to square one as I'm having to pay out of pocket for towing, rental, car insurance, diagnostic fees. I should have been given more information about the hybrid and the potential for issues. This is now the second vehicle that has experienced engine trouble I've purchased. I do not know if it is the dealership itself or drivetime as a company but this is unacceptable.

Laura was very helpful and made my experience a breeze. She listened to what I wanted and did not give me the run around or was not pushy when selecting vehicle.

The manager was very helpful. The sales person was not very personable. She had a very ugly attitude! I feel like she could have been happier to help. I feel that she needs to have some training on personality.
