Easy to check the vehicle in, good customer service
Easy to check the vehicle in. Comfortable waiting area with a cool atmosphere. Gentleman at the front desk was helpful and had great customer service skills, once the car was done it was brought to the front of the reception area.

Highly recommended great staff friendly and helpful took a hour for re-gas of my aircon.. said we where able to wait in the waiting area or told us where the retail park was (5 mins away) or a cafe.. definitely will be coming again if needed thank you guys😊

More than just a puncture repair appointment
Managed to snag a booking for a morning appointment the day before, just before the branch closed, for a puncture repair to one tyre. They took the very sensible option of ordering in my tyre just in case they could not repair the puncture, which is just as well they did because it could not be repaired. Helpfully, it was then identified that 2 of my other tyres were worn and needed changing. Manager was able to source two additional tyres like for like and tried to ensure he was applying all discounts where possible to price competitively. Tyres were ordered and replaced with my car ready for pick up just after 12 noon on the same day with the manager messaging me to let me know via text. Absolutely faultless service from these guys - they could not have done anything more to help - friendly top quality service
