It has NOT arrived! WHERE IS IT????

Hi. I did get my candy bars a little sooner then you said. But a few of my bars wrappers were open and the picture wrappers was ripped. Luckily it was just a few. I have not used them yet. Hopefully I do not have to come to giving those out.

The majority of my product was well printed and I received them in a timely manner.

We received someone else’s candy bars two days before the event

Service, product, and overall experience was great! The only thing I would suggest is that once you contact this vendor, you have a direct contact for future communications as opposed to having to communicate through a general mailbox. But I will definitely use them in the future if I have a need for the product.

Products arrived in good condition and personalization was as expected.

You cancelled the project because you couldn't meet the deadline that you said was reasonable.

1st time encounter with WH Candy. Excellent choices, responsive customer service, prompt shipping. Nice story on company origins, too. Some challenges with understanding artwork (like a company logo added), but not a deal breaker. Will work with them again for sure.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered the customized Hersheys candy bars for my baby shower. To my surprise, the company literally just wrapped the customized label around the actual Hersheys candy bar in its original packaging. For the price, I thought the candy bars were wrapped with the customized wrapper itself and not simply wrapped around the Hersheys bar in its original package. I also thought that the Hersheys bar would have the words “Baby Shower” pressed into the candy bar itself. I feel like I paid an excessive amount for a customized wrapper. I don’t think this was worth the money, considering you can just go to the store and purchase the Hersheys bars yourself and use a program on your computer to customize a label to wrap around the bar.

Great gift, I would do again for special occasion.

I’m a candy corn lover and it’s always fresh and well packaged.

The quality of the product is excellent. The problem is that you charge too much for shipping. A simple envelope should not cost $20

I ordered chocolates as a thank you gift and they arrived completely melted and not edible - I have tried to reach out to the company for a refund and have not heard anything back - it was very embarrassing !
