I had a great experience this morning renting a dumpster. I spoke with Jeremiah, and he made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to explain my options and helped me choose what would best fit what I was trying to accomplish.
The conversation was smooth, personable, and never felt like a sales pitch it felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understood what I needed and wanted to help. That made me feel confident about doing business with this company.
The dumpster hasn’t been delivered or picked up yet, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience, but based on the customer service I received over the phone, I’m very impressed. If the delivery and pickup go as smoothly as the booking process, I’ll be one happy customer.

Great experience…
We had a really positive experience with Waste Removal USA. I was able to reserve a dumpster online and it was delivered in a timely manner. When it was full, I called for pickup and it was picked up the next day. I will definitely use them again as we continue our clean out project.

I talk to Jackson who was very helpful and and very sweet I told him what I needed and My dumper was drop off very early morning the next day it was place perfectly in my driveway no one was blocked from Leaving or coming home.
