So glad I found this brand
So glad I found this brand. My husband has been looking for a nice travel bag for a while but the ones he found were overpriced and so small! I saw an advert for Walker & Hunt on Instagram and immediately ordered the travel bag and matching wash bag as a Christmas present. The travel bag is a great size, feels really durable, and love that it comes with a shoulder strap. The matching wash bag is lovely, great size and really stylish. There was a slight issue with shipping (courier fault) but Walker & Hunt’s customer service team (specifically Joanna) replied to my email the same day and rearranged the delivery. I’ve bought from them again already and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Great customer service
They sent me out a jumper similar to the one I ordered but not the correct one. I emailed them and they sent the correct one out straight away and I received it on the 6th Dec. Very efficient and I would buy of them again.

I recently placed and order with W&H…
I recently placed and order with W&H and unfortunately through what I believe was theft from the DPD delivery driver, the parcel was slashed open and some of the contents missing. I emailed and explained to W&H what had happened and Shane was extremely understanding of the situation. They reposted out the items even though the fault was not theirs and the customer service was truly commendable. When given the option for currier I would recommend selecting fastway instead. Will definitely purchase here again. Thank you to Shane and team for their help!
