very efficient customer service
It was my first time to order from Walker and Hunt. When the original delivery address didn't work out it was not a problem changing the address to a new one and a different country. It arrived the following day. They even emailed to check that I received the package which arrived in excellent condition.

NEEDED TO EXCHANGE ITEM WELL OUT OF EXPIRY RETURN DATEuly I purchased a hoody size medium…
In July I purchased a hoody size medium for my son in Canada as he was due to visit home in August. However this trip was deferred until October. My son felt the medium was going to be too small due to his recent gym use and I needed to exchange it to a Large. I emailed Walker & Hunt and explained my issue and asked that they exchange my medium for a Large. Despite it being over a month after returns expiry, they were very accommodating and told me to post the hoody and they would exchange it for me. I did that, however the Large wasn't then in stock and so they gave me a full refund of the price. I then purchased 3 other items from Walker & Hunt as their clothing is well-made and durable. Many thanks Walker & Hunt for your professional and accommodating work Eric.
