I have had a reasonable service this last few years here in Spain, but since this Worldcup football fiasco the service has gone to POT, please get your service back to some normality, & a service reasonable for people who are not in the least bit interested in football, the fact that you are asking customers to pay more for the football when i dont even want to watch is a JOKE. ROD

Just want to say I think you run a wonderful service. You give away an hour daily to everyone and expect nothing back. You listen to all the awful criticism people make and reply kindly when really they don't deserve it for their rudeness. Keep up the good work and thank you from myself and my friends.

I have just signed up for paid membership. Quality of image is very good. Casting onto TV working well.

However coming from Transponder.tv which has stopped taking payment, the user interface at TVMucho is comparably poor. I was able to view channels through the browser with Transponder.tv and Transponder.tv had a better TV Guide, Channel list and app user interface.

Apart from that, works well and will stay until Transponder.tv returns or a new user-friendly alternative comes up or better yet, TVMucho improves the app.

Dictatorship, it's football season, millions enjoy sports, football being one of them, however millions like to watch other programs besides sports, tvmucho offer a service and brag on the free service, part of the service is being able to record a program, at the moment football is on, football like all sports could be put on a specific channel for all those that love football, but if you want to watch your recordings then you have to pay because football is on, and the time that tvmucho won't cast, YouTube casts without fail, tvmucho is temperamental and not all of its functions work properly.

Incredibly angry right now! As you may have noticed, they've completely restricted access for free accounts during the World Cup, due to "high demand". However, they have gone an extra mile and restriced access to ALL CHANNELS, not just the ones that are showing the World Cup, and all of my previous recordings are inaccessible!

TVMucho, if it's really such a big problem, just restrict access to the channels that are showing the World Cup (such as BBC One, ITV1, etc.) NOT every single channel (including ones that have got absolutely nothing to do with the World Cup)! Your added restriction of not being able to access any recordings is another low you've stooped down to.

The service over last few days has been awful!!!!
I keep getting my 1free hour has be used up message as soon as I log in trying to watch my recordings and get the upgrade my subscription due to the world cup when I try to watch live tv!!!

I've sent countless email to the support team but only get the automated reply.
What is going on TVMucho????

I am fed up with Tv mucho, it continually asks me to sign in, or that my 1hour of free viewing is up. I have paid for the year. Now I can t get to watch my programme that I recorded. This is turning in to a very poor service.

Now you are sorry because you are having some issues, and you'll be right back ! This is bul**** ! This is the 3rd time today. These problems have been getting worse for weeks. Your customers should be due a refund.

Constant freezing always a problem not worth the subscription

I looked through the previous reviews and saw a lot of responses of 'yeah there was a problem but now it's fixed'. Unfortunately, most times it's not ( I've had the same issues). It would improve things if you could organise at least being able to back record so that when your service drops, like it just has, you can, if the programme finishes before service is restored, at least go back and pick it up.

Again the system is down. Very frustrating. No idea when it will be up and running again. Just get the standard reply. Good at taking your money but not so good at delivering the service Now 20/11/2022 system is down again. And again system is down. Cannot watch anything without down time. So frustrating

Every evening I loose connection with all channels . I’m tolerant but not paying for something I can’t use…disappointed..

BBC1 not working at start of SAS Rogue Heroes; Screen just freezes. Other channels working fine. Also have to repeatedly sign in, a problem other people have identified…are you ever going to sort it out ?

Every time I choose to watch tvmucho, I have to log on.....during the evening.....I have to log on AGAIN. You say you are dealing with the problem but nothing changes, it's exasperating!

DON'T JOIN - unless you want to be continually dropped and asked to sign in ALL EVENING - missed the programme the I wanted to view - plus I only wanted the service for the duration of my stay away from the UK but was directed to pay for the full year - complete waste of money

If I could give them 0 stars I would because their service (if you can call it that) is appalling. I turned my tv on around 12.30 today wanting to watch the news. I had to sign in to TVMucho, even though I hadn't signed out. I spent 30mins to 1 hour trying to get a news program, but all I got was buffering, or worse, I had to sign in again. I've lost count of how many times I've had to sign in today. Sometimes I've actually had a few minutes of tv before being asked to sign in again. In the end, I decided to watch some programs that I had recorded, but even that isn't working and I suddenly lose my recording and I'm asked to sign in AGAIN!!!!!! Frustrated does not come close to how I'm feeling at the moment, but I've given up on trying to watch tv tonight because I might just put my foot through the screen. If you are thinking of subscribing to TVMuch....DON'T. I've rarely come across such a heap of old rubbish in my life, so please save your money and find an alternative. If you choose TVMucho, you will regret it.

Has been a great service up to last few days. Today seems impossible as the login repeatedly fails.

Service can be jittery or cut out altogether. BIGGEST problem is signing in every 10 minutes or less, I checked and it is not just me. There is a reason why I have used this service less and less, do not bother with pzaz either. Pzaz is partnered with tvmucho, when they changed their interface i could no longer access the uk channels, so accessed my subscription on the tvmucho app, it was tvmucho that asked me to migrate to the pzaz app.
I have had a subscription for years, not looking promising.

This used to be a good provider, support is usually responsive BUT recently the service has suffered from a higher than usual number of disruptions. Now more than 12 hours without BBC news. Asked to sign in four times. May consider moving away!
