I wish I were confident that I would have a sale of my Timeshare with Timeshare Only, but I don't think it will ever happen. I appreciate the person who helps me, but I just don't see a sale happening. I do not intend to put anymore money into this. Due to health issues I'm afraid we are going to lose everything that we invested into buying this Timeshare. I hate the Timeshare process and feel that many people lose so much on these places. I don't know of anyone who can really help us sell a Timeshare.

Every conversation with you people is a sales pitch. I am trying to sell my timeshare but nothing ever happens!!!!!!

Real easy and everything was clear

Our rep, Vivian, was extremely customer focused. She helped walk us through the set up for our time share rental all the way through and posting. She was extremely nice and wonderful to talk with. I would recommend her as your rep should you decide to rent your property!

I spoke with 3 repreentatives and they were all professional and helpful. The company was recommended to me by RCI, so it's likely they are honest and reputable.

What I didn't like was that in spite of making it clear to the rep that I wanted to SELL my timeshare and didn't expect to get anything for it, he still led me to believe the average price for units like mine was $8000. I undercut that by 50%, thinking it would sell. Then I looked at the myriad of listings and saw at least 50 listings for my timeshare priced lower than mine, starting with $0. If I'd been told up front that I could expect $0 and it would likely take a long time, I would have used the basic $800 listing and been patient. I definitely wouldn't have taken the upgraded listing for $1100+. Rather than throw good money after bad, I cancelled the listing and the refund is on the way.

Joy was kind and considerate of my situation. Her compassion, knowledge, and professionalism made me feel at ease and comfortable working with her. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling their timeshare.

Being a first time user of Timeshares Only, I was very happy and impressed with Vivian, your representative. She was very kind and patient with me. She informed me of all I needed to do and made it very clear that I could call her at any time if I had any questions. She made my experience a joy and relieved my apprehension about the task at hand. She was a real angel.

They should have shown me the website where my timeshare would appear. Only later did I site and realized units in my timeshare were being offered for free.
