Not happy with any products no as advertised

I've used these 2 products for months and honestly see not one iota of difference. This will be my last purchase. I'm sure they've helped others, but not me.

I love everything I bought. My face is so soft after I use the tighten serum. Under eye cream all spectrum. I just got so far so good. It's the real deal. Fast service. I will repurchase. You can count on that. Thank you for fast delivery and wonderful products

This company is amazing! They are very kind and attentive to their buyers. I tried the face cleanser and sponge. The products are both amazing and result in the most glowy skin. The only reason why I didn’t leave 5 stars is because I personally prefer cleansers that foam and this one is definitely best for individuals that prefer/prioritize hydration. Several weeks ago, I wrote the team about the moisturizer being runny and I’ve got two bottles of it and I’m getting through it but it’s not the same stuff and I have yet to hear back from them and I’m totally disappointed

I have been using it for about a week and a half. I haven’t seen any results as of yet. I will continue using it and hopefully see some difference. I’m hoping hoping hoping.

I was one of the customers that got confused with their 50% off first order and then they automatically subscribe you with a full price. Yes it happened to me but customer service offered me a refund of $64.95 to take the 2nd order and then canceled the subscription. Had a conversation with Liezl and Maryann for this refund and I received a notification that refund was processed. Then today I followed up because I haven't received the refund from Dec. 9th and 2 new people said that because of the dispute I'm not getting it. The dispute was over and done and closed on their favor and after that they still offered the refund on Dec. 9th. I GOT SCAMMED...I GOT COPIES OF THE ORIIGINAL COURTESY REFUND. I DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY...CAN'T BELIEVE THEY SCAM SENIORS!!!

I ordered over $100 dollars of product for a Christmas gift for a loved one but never received it ,Now according to someone in your staff says it was delivered on December 10th but I never got it .So your company refunded my money which I appreciate it but I will no longer be ordering from your company SORRY

Arrived quickly, easy to apply, after 3 weeks I see a change

I have yet to receive my order that I placed plenty of time in advance for Christmas and it never has came to this day. I will be contacting them regarding sending me out a replacement order for the order that was still never received!!!

I’ve noticed a difference in the thickness of my hair

I still didn’t receive my complete order I had originally tried to receive 2 months ago. I was supposed to get an extra #2 and eye cream for 25% off as advertised for a fall special. I finally just received the basic 3 step without my extra products. I received an email advertising a new special so I just ordered it because I gave up ever getting the products I have been out of for 2 months!
