Great product, safe and easy to use

Great product! My husband has had excellent results. Really fast delivery too.

I love the product - so good to actually get out the wax in your ears & I have the blackhead attachment too!

I already have a Smartbud but was needing more of the heads. The ordering was so easy and delivered with no issues and really quick.
I am very impressed with how well it went.

I’m completely shocked that this company has some damaging reports on here.
I would like to say they have been nothing but very accommodating with myself.
Jessica has been amazing with her outstanding customer support, she always comes back to me when I have questions and she’s certainly an asset to the Smartbud team.
I feel that sometimes we are all to quick to add bad comments and not good, I do however understand that it’s everyone’s experience that reflects this.
I love the Smartbud products and would highly recommend the products and customer support to anyone, thank you again Jessica and the team👍 😊

Really great tool , work s great

I love the ear bud. It takes some getting used to the camera and working out whereabouts in my ear it is, but I love that I can use it to remove wax and not have it build up.

We’ve had a smart bud ear device for many years now and I’ve recommended it to anyone who will listen since! We noticed my partner had a huge blockage which must of been causing his hearing difficulty. I always had itchy ears but now I can remove the wax before it becomes itchy. We’ve replaced our device a couple of times and we often buy replacement tips. I warn you, it’s really addictive to use!

My only complaint is I wish you could order just the blue replacement tips separately as we don’t like the black squishy ones and it feels like such a waste of resources and money just throwing them away.

It’s a good solid well made item, simple to use and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

The smart bud ear cleaner is perfect for cleaning your ear without pushing wax in. Had mine ages and definitely seen an improvement compared to how they used to feel. Very easy to use and the app functionality is also very good as you can take a photo or video to watch back.

Great bit of kit, so handy being able to quickly and easily swap the tips! All the family love having ultra clean ears!

Smartbud makes ear cleaning easy and effective. The tips are super comfortable and designed well. While there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, it's a handy tool for maintaining ear hygiene and keeping things simple.

I bought their first one to use with my dogs and bought the upgraded one for the family. I had reason to use it last night with my daughter. The upgraded one has rubber attachments which on the spot felt they hampered the view and reverted to just using the probe and camera on its own. I liked the fact it’s all contained in the case ( the tools) the rubber bits are not. Till I’ve tried practising with the rubber parts I can’t comment on them but overall the instrument of being able to see what the issue is I can’t fault.

This company have served me well go above and beyond to help and I must have they are a great team the equipment is second to none I have tried similar items nothing compare to these guys I highly recommend buying from them as they are so professional trust me I have had no problems at all thank you guys nice one may your company grow and grow

Purchased the flush on a "limited time" offer to get the discount, although I didn't need the product at the time.

9 months later I needed to clean my ears, so went to charge and use the product for the very first time and it didn't work as intended. No water, no flush, no pump, all it did was flash LEDs.

The Customer Service highlighted they only offer a 90 day warranty, and said if I purchased a second unit at the standard price, they would discount it by £10.

I pointed out that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by not repairing or replacing a product that had a fault that would have been present from day one of purchase, yet they still refused to replace/repair the item.

Their products are only fit for landfill with a less than reasonable life span, which they must be aware of with only wanting to offer a 90 day warranty!

The company believes their terms trump your statutory rights, and I'm inclined to take this to the small claims court.

This is an updated version of what I purchased 2 yrs ago and it was money well spent, this is brilliant I highly recommend.

This product is amazing and easy to use. The customer service team respond promptly. The only reason I’m not giving this review 5 stars is that the battery life of the product seems to be limited as I needed to purchase a replacement ear cleaner when my initial product failed to work just after the warranty expired!

The smart bus in ear cleaner is a great tool to remove ear wax. The Flush device i have only used twice as it caused dizziness during use so stopped using it

I bought the smart bud as my daughter suffers with very waxy ears. She has always been very worried about me touching the inside of her ears. We have tried many methods but we have finally cracked it with the smart bud because it has the camera on the bud, so she can hold my phone and be able to see what Im doing. Also the camera is so clear, with a great view of the ear canal.
I've bought more ear tips separately for the rest of the family also as we all really impressed with the gadget.
