Back to poor unusable service
Following one week of a good service this provider suffered an outage and now is back to its previous problems with constant buffering on both live and recorded programming. Customer service can only say that they are aware of the problems and give assurances that they are working to resolve them. After 2 days the story is the same. Unable to provide the service promised. Now no updates at all.

I have now received a personal email from them which is just what we all needed to feel confident about the situation. Fingers crossed it gets resolved.
They are supposedly having problems with connection and its been 48hrs now and nothing - last email I sent this morning and still no reply. Terrible

Well it nows seems the police have closed the website down.
Just sent yet another email asking for a personal reply rather than an automated one or just a general public update and the automated reply informed me that support is only available from Monday - Friday 8-5pm!!! Not even working as previously more or less 24hr support!!! Things definitely not looking good. If any member of Teeveeing reads this, could you please just give your clients an honest update
I have just tried the app on the TV and happy to say it worked - Teeveeing is back hopefully for good now. Been a long wait but patience has paid off.

Diabolical service and communication
Its absolutely ridiculous that this company cannot respond to.my emails. I have en a loyal customer for over 2 years and expect better treatment.
I've read on here several people who have the same problem with not having any sauce from Terveing. I have not long paid my monthly subscription and feel I need some compensation for not being able to watch anything since Tursday evening

Error 477 cdn suspended
Error 477 cdn suspended. This is the latest in a string of problems - profile disappeared, lost time machine function, too many signins when I am the only person watching and now no service at all. The bot can’t help and states you are being transferred to an operator but non are available.I have submitted a complaint via email but again no response which is unusual. Seems I’m not the only one with this problem but would be nice to get some update

This company advertised as a legally being allowed to offer a streaming service for UK TV and have taken subscriptions on this basis, which is fraud! Looks ro me like they've been tracked and shut down... doubt anyone like myself who has just recently renewed an annual subscription will see a penny in reimbursement...

Website Has Been Seized by Spanish National Police

Unable to contact the company, support page dead too. Hopefully they aren't going to keep taking my monthly subscription as I can't access my accout to stop it !

No Connection Whatsoever!
No connection whatsoever using my iPad using their app or direct on the internet using my MacBook. Totally dead connection. I too having the same problems and been given the excuses as recent reviewers. If the company get back on line I shall terminate my subscription and request a refund. The last email I had from them said they had a ‘down problem’ but everything is OK and now up and running. Well not so, that was a lie.

Like everyone else on here, we have lost the service on the Teeveeing app, both on Apple and Android devices. All we get is a message asking us to check the internet connection as they’re unable to connect to the server. We can’t connect to their support service as we can’t get into the app.

Today it is unaccessible,,, screen shows _suspended CDN Resource¨_I cannot watch anything on teeveeing now..uninstalled the app and it will not let me install again on my laptop,, endless problems for a week not being able to record ordelete, no white dots on guide screen to tell you what you have recorded and keep getting before too many people watching at once when I was the only person watching,,,well if I cannot watch it I want my money back,,,not impressed

I'm absolutely sick and tired of the crap with this app. Not only was it crap to begin with but now have no access to the app at all. This is just disgraceful. I got onto movistar to see was it them but after reading another comment below it seems it's the same problem. I think at this stage it's time to take some action as we just paid for a renewal. You will here from my side shortly. Also if anyone is reading this do NOT attempt to even use this diabolical so called service.
