Don't subscribe to this dreadful company
I am in Spain and have had no service on the app for weeks. The company has blocked the option to cancel subscriptions on their website. No reponse to dozens of emails to confirm my request for refund and cancellation and their chat bot is a waste of time. No customer service number. If anyone has any information on consumer rights to take this company to the EU Commission please share.

Buffering still goes on
Buffering a forever solution. Going on for months. Day and night, payed for a service I cannot use, emailed them many times, but always answers they are working on it. Now my emails to them bounce back, the troubleshoot on their app doesn't want to send, online forms to them won't send. Total disgrace that they act this way, emailed them that I want a refund, which in their T&C say they will give ignored, don't use. My Location is South Africa.

Dreadful experience with TVeeing
I have used TVmucho for a few years with zero problems, once they switched over to TVeeing the service went downhill, and now we are faced with no service.
Having sent numerous emails, with a standard automatic response due to the lack of service on TVeeing. I have now sent 3 emails telling them I wish to cancel my subscription which is up in June, once again automatic responses. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't even cancel my subscription. If anyone finds a way of contacting them it would be good to know.

Bad Service
No replies to emails. I pay an extra subscription for Later 100 which has no time limits, yet several recordings have been deleted. No apologies, no offer of compensation i.e. extra month added as other subscription services would do. I understand the Spanish issue but I'm not in Spain! They should have separate staff to deal with those customers! Definitely will not be renewing. I have just done a 7 day trial of Expat Prime and will be moving over to them when this subscription expires. I have waited too long for a real response to any of my emails. Not good enough.

Dreadful Customer Service
I was a customer of TVmucho which was then aquired I believe by Teeveeing last year. My membership was transferred and short of small hicups I continued to use the service. In mid April I started to have issues when watching both programs and recordings. The system saying I was logged in on another source, which wasn't true. I struggled for a week or so with the irritating message. Eventually I tried to contact support to report the issue on 27th April via chat then email. Both are useless no response despite several contacts from me. I have been trying without success to cancel my auto renewal (due 14 June) again without success. I would say to anyone thinking of using the service "stay well clear of this organisation "
It's interesting that a public complaint gains a response.
That said the system still isn't working and the auto renew cancellation isn't working either.
So the attempt to look publicly like they care is just a sham.
The answer, having discussed the issue with my bank, has been to cancel the debit card and for them to issue a new one.
A pain, but better than paying 89.99€ for nothing, it just means I have to change card details with organisations I want to spend money with!

It seems impossible to contact this company their online chat doesnt work and their message service won't send so I just can't get answers from them the service looks good but without some answers I'm not risking it
Might be worth mentioning this online.
well having eventually got your online system to work and actually accept my payment I must admit the service seems fine but your site has many gremlins and certainly for me gives very little confidence in the company, I sent you an email 2 days ago and still have no answer but should I expect any more?

Since you closed the TVMucho app and I with great difficulty installed the Teeveeing app I constantly have buffering or am told too many screens watching on the 1 screen I use it on. It's almost impossible to watch anything. The recording also seems to miss the end of programms which is very annoying.
Right now this isn't a service, it's a disaster and not worth the annual fee!

The service still isn't working
The service still isn't working. Today we finally received an email which said 'you might have seen some issues with our service'.
The fact is their 'service' simply isn't working.
The email goes on to say 'Thank you for being patient. We will let you know if there are any big changes. If you have questions, please reach out to our support team.'
If it was my business, I'd have sent out an apology saying 'sorry we are not providing what you paid for'.
I hope they finally have the decency to provide their customers with a refund.

AS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT ACCEPTING REPLY MESSAGES OR DIRECT MESSAGES. THEY JUST GO INTO MY OUT BOX. I'VE ALSO LRFT SEVERAL 'CHAT' MESSAGES. Normally, I would give you five stars but since taking out my current subscription which finishes on 12th May 2024 I have REPEATEDLY instructed you to cancel the auto renewal. However, even though I get a response it is not about cancellation. You are not responding to me in anyway, even though your unrelated responses are coming to my email address. Your autorenewal is not working on the app. If this is the only way I can get you to respond to me then so be it.
You MUST NOT take any more money from my account as I've told you not to and I DO NOT want to renew. Cliff Rust
EDIT: Your reply was still unable to be answered but I have just received an email saying uou have closed the account. However, on this occassion the one star has to stand. I hope you get your problems with the Spanish Authorities sorted out as your app is usually five stars.

I was faced with "Error 477 Suspended CDN Resource" when I tried to access Teeveeing on Friday. I have written several times to the customer service email but there has been no solution offered. Very disappointing customer service and it looks like there will be no solution.

Had a technical problem with teeveeing and was instructed by their customer services to remove the app from my Firestick, reboot my wifi, then side load it back onto the Firestick. Big mistake. The app will not reload back onto the Firestick. I’ve now emailed them twice asking for a fix without a reply. Needless to say the price of Teeveeing has doubled since they took over TVMucho so I think I’m going to look for another provider

From bad to worse
I started with them ( tvmucho ) almost 4 years ago and sadly since teeveeing took the control I've had a lot of problems.
And on top of that this week I cannot watch the tv using my WiFi. I need to turn on my mobile data if I wanna watch it.

I can’t get hold of anyone from TeeVeeing. It doesn’t work on my Amazon fire stick so I can’t watch anything on the television. A message comes up saying suspended CDN resource and it’s been saying that for at least 2 days. It’s working on my iPhone.
