Clunky sign in screens, multiple sign ins needed
When it does work it is fine. I have not experienced the outages others seem to have had. My biggest gripe is with the login system and on screen navigation. It is very clunky. Today I had to put my password in again and it came up with the message - you've tried too many times etc...wait x minutes. So I signed in on my PC with the same password and it went straight through. Back to the TV and signed in and it went through. But I had a sign in screen come up, I filled that in and then it puts you through to a screen with the stations but also a banner giving you the free 15 minutes, or, yep...sign in. Signed in again and got through. It doesn't help that my Sony has a clunky signing in "keyboard". But every time this happens I really want to cancel but it is the only way of watching the Rugby I want to catch.

Renew of contract
I do understand some of the problems Teeveeing are going through here in Spain.
I have decided today to "RENEW" my contract for another year.The main reason being, is the Recoding facility now appears to be working well,which i do use nearly everyday.
I just hope they win the battle with The Spanish Police and we eventually go back to normality!!

I've only gotten 3 full days of…
I've only gotten 3 full days of uninterrupted TV in the last 10 days.
Last night channels went down just as the football was starting 8pm, today channels went down again jus as the foot was starting 2pm.
Same issue last week but no explanation even though I've emailed them several times.
Don't think this app should be backed by Trustpilot .
System went down again 8pm just as football kick off was starting.
Reported to an garda fraud department so hopefully they will be shut down shortly and be stopped fraudulently taking subscriptions from people.
App should be removed from Google play even though it's approved by trust pilot .
Just an update to my review, all channels down at 2pm again just as the football was starting, this is three days in a row with no explanation from Teeveeing .
4th day in a row down again 2pm just as the football started.
Cancelled my subscription which I would advise everyone else to do and shut them down.17/06/24

TeeVeeing Blackout
When the service works it’s great. It’s easy to use and the choice of programmes is good.
However, I’m in Madeira, Portugal at present and I’m blessed with a TeeVeeing blackout. I can choose my programmes but all I get is the satellite logo.
I’ve been in touch with the company and they’ve suggested I use a VPN connection. That doesn’t work. It was all OK a couple of weeks ago, the company say they are working on the issue.

I have had a few problems but support were great and, for the last few months, worked perfectly.
I live in Spain which has particular problems, but if mine works everyones' should?

This service is now a complete waste of time. There isn't one aspect of it that works - live play, recordings, customer service - not one aspect.

My advice would be to steer clear...
I´ve been without a service now for 2 weeks. I´ve posted a few reviews (as I feel that transparency is the key here). The only time you get a reply from Support is when you sent a harsh email, and even then they try and fob you off with it being issues due to undersea cables caused by Yemen Houthi Rebels..
"Our developers have identified that the problem is due to three undersea cables in the Red Sea, which are crucial for global internet and telecommunications, being cut. This incident, possibly caused by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, has affected the following cables: Asia-Africa-Europe 1, Europe India Gateway, Seacom, and TGN-Gulf. The cutting of these cables is impacting most of our servers around the globe, causing the issues you’ve encountered. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control.."
Just to be clear, the issue wasn´t with the connectivity or VPN, it was to do with the Teeveeing Android app not working on Android (with or without VPN).
Currently been without service now for 2 weeks, the chat on the website doesnt work and without VPN the Teeveeing domain appears that it has been seized by the authorities...

For the past week the teeveeing has… no playd
For the past week the teeveeing has been buffering or not playing. I record and it wont play. I have tried to do the live chat not working. Numerous emails have been sent. And still not working. There is nothing wrong with our internet.

Back in May I wrote a review regarding issues round length of time for recordings and the current state of Teeveeing. They responded quickly and at first it seemed that the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later we have the same problem. Recordings that should be available now expire within the week of recordings and the buffering is so bad it is impossible to watch. Please sort this out Teeveening.

Ok so we have a subscription for 50 hours stored programmes and here we go again, recordings are expiring after a week!
To add insult to injury the ones to be deleted won’t play! Genius.

Can't watch any recordings
As of yesterday I have not been able to watch any of my recorded programmes and I am unable to contact customer support. The Chat doesn't do anything. When I try to use the contact page from the app it continually goes to the sign in page, even though I am signed in, and from the website, it says there is an error and to try again later

Update to my review on the 26th
Update to my review on the 26th. After emailing support re no Teeveeing I had two personal replies back from Rich,with a few suggestions.
I was then able to view with a VPN and, also on my neighbour's WiFi who has a Spanish IP. Very odd. I contacted my WiFi provider and they changed my IP address. It worked!
I tried to email this to support to say thank you. but it wasn't delivered. Rather worrying as Trustpilot seems to only way to contact Teeveeing at the moment. Also can't play back a couple of recordings but otherwise all okay....
