Their customer service emailed right away with full instruction. I was paid my estimate in the next few days after shipping. Super easy and fast. Will definitely use this service again.

Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.

This is the easiest trade-in process that I've ever done. They sent the shipping labels, so that all I had to do was package my phone and drop it in the mail box. A few days later, I had my check! Their customer service reps followed up to see if I had any questions and we were good to go. Will definitely be recommending TechTwice!

I needed a phone for my daughter between upgrades. I was in and out of Tech Twice in less than half an hour, completely comfortable with how to activate the replacement phone with my Verizon account, and extremely pleased with the value and quality of the used device. And they were open til 7 so I could run over after work....great experience!

Fair price for my used iphones and they even bought an ancient tablet I brought in. The staff were all very pleasant and the process was quick.

My experience with TechTwice was perfect. I had them send me the shipping package. Inside it said if I send it back and it's post marked by Feb 27th they'd give me and extra $5. Well I explained to them that I didn't receive their shipping box until Feb 29th. So I'd need a time machine to get the extra $5. I did however send it back right away. Well they gave me the $5 anyway. TechTwice is how it's supposed to work. They did what they said they'd do, and found a way to exceed my expectations!
