What I ordered arrived quickly and in good shape.

They carry everything for swimming all in one spot!

Did not get my Swim Outlet credit of $10.02 which showed up on my invoice but was not applied.
I ALWAYS have some kind of billing issue with Swim Outlet.

The most amazing thing was the Archies company who manufacture the flip flops with arch support did not have the Black Crystal version in stock! They were going to have to make a special order for it. I found Swim Outlet, which I have never seen or heard of, by searching for the Archies black crystal, It was a Mother's Day gift for me. We ordered it on Fri, May 8 at 12:22 PM and it came on May 9th with Mother's Day being May 10th! How perfect is that?

Excellent customer service.
I was very excited to receive my order after getting the shipping confirmation and tracking details. Unfortunately, due to the courier service used for delivery within Canada , Called “ Koorier” I have not been able to receive my package.

I chose to order from you despite the availability of similar products from Canadian sellers, specifically because of your strong reputation for quality and excellent customer service. I have already been waiting for over two weeks, and now—due to the courier’s delay—I am being asked to wait until next week, extending the delivery time to nearly three weeks.

I understand that you may not be fully familiar with courier companies in Canada, as your business is based in the U.S. However, I wanted to bring this to your attention, as the service I experienced has been highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I needed these items for my Lifeguard exam this weekend. As a result, I now have to purchase similar items elsewhere on short notice, which is both frustrating and disappointing.

I attempted to contact the courier company to explain the urgency of the situation, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and repeatedly stated that no action could be taken, advising me only to wait until next week.

I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will consider more reliable courier options for your international shipments in the future, so that other customers do not face similar issues.

Your stock was available in my size and descriptions of my selected swimsuits were complete and very helpful. I have been wearing swim outlet swimsuits for my water aerobics classes over 10 years and the suits never disappoint. I always receive great compliments from my pool-mates.

My children are swimmers and I keep getting ads for SwimOutlet, but I have never ordered before today. The prices were unbeatable and with summer swim season upon us, we needed new gear. My children are excited for the order to arrive so they use it all.

The actual shopping on the website is great! It's the checkout that is confusing with all the options. For example, the "shop" account is not really necessary and creates more emails and confusion. Make sure you uncheck the box to receive marketing emails otherwise you receive daily emails.
