Great prices, prompt delivery
Ordered 6 packets of Sluggo at the cheapest prices anywhere on the internet. Delivered by Evri promptly, well-packaged and with no hassle. Can't ask for more than that.
Very poor company
Very poor customer service. 3 items missing in order. Emailed company - no reply. Emailed again. Response was to 'send a photograph' (of missing items!). Emailed to advise them I would not send a photograph and to supply items or refund money. No response. Fortunately only £10.00 out of pocket. Will not use again.

Ordered 8 aluminium Hanging Plant…
Ordered 8 aluminium Hanging Plant Brackets. They arrived very quickly and very well packaged. They also looked amazing. However on opening them two of the brackets were much darker than the others and as they were all going in the back garden it was noticeable I emailed Statushomecare with a photo showing the difference and they responded the same day adding that they had posted two further brackets of matching colour out to my address that day for delivery. I can’t praise this company enough. Super product. Super service and Super price.

I don't get the bad reviews? My items arrived damaged, I emailed the company and within 2 days this was my reply:

The items arrived less than a week later and i didn't have to return the damaged goods. You can't ask for more than that so why the bad reviews?

Ordered 12 antibacterial sprays and I was sent a different spray to the one I had ordered.
I then had to arrange the return, printing off the label and waiting around all day for the collection which was anytime between 8am-8pm. Once this was received my replacement was then shipped.
I received the replacement sprays today which I was told would definitely be correct this time and I have been sent the exact same incorrect sprays once again!
I’m certainly not prepared to wait around all day for a second day to arrange collection as their incompetent staff cannot select the correct product.

Ordered storage boxes at the end of March, they arrived damaged and totally the wrong size, I had to send photos and measurements before they would agree to a return
Returned on 15th April and to date STILL NO REFUND! And now my emails are being ignored and I cannot get through on phone

Terrible Service
Ordered a 6 seater outdoor table and chairs on 18.4.2024. By 29.4.2024 the order had still not arrived.
I called Status who said the order had been delivered to my shed.. I don't have a shed! The only item delivered was the covering for the table and chairs which was left in a small outside shoe cupboard. Asked for a callback with an update for my order, heard nothing. Called again and told the same information, i/e that the furniture had been delivered. I am still awaiting a callback, meanwhile Status have had £1600.00 of my money for nearly 2 weeks. I have very little faith in this company. Still has no contact , so I will cancelling my order
They sent me completely the wrong…
They sent me completely the wrong paint. Then they made me take time out of my day to print a label (I don't have a printer) and then go to send the wrong paint back. All because of their error. The paint wasn't slightly wrong it was completely the wrong type and colour so I don't know what sort of clowns they have working there. And I still haven't got my correct paint a month on. This is why people use Amazon as their customer service is impeccable.

BEWARE & AVOID BUYING GOODS FROM STATUS HOME CARE COMPANY. I ordered THE LED bulbs for this company, on their website, it was 269 pieces in stock. I paid for the item. I did not heard any update, I called today to inquire about the order. Spoke with John he told me that they do not have them in stock and are waiting for the delivery in couple of days. They have let me down and have wasted my time and money. You can't trust these people, so avoid buying goods.
No order and no response from e-mail or phone!!
Wish i had read the reviews first (i will use Trustpilot a lot more in the future).... no contact for almost a week on my order. Chased via e-mail twice already and no response, called the number and it tells you to leave a message.... and i still don't have any sight of my order!!!
Dreading to think what i will be like if it ever arrives!!!! Lowest price is defiantly not the best approach!!

I had a previous order from status home care and that arrived with items missing, but i thought hey anyone can make a mistake so i tried them again.
Big mistake as sure enough my order arrived with 25% of it missing.
Never again will I buy from them.
Offered 20% refund for unusable item
Item I ordered arrived damaged and I tried to contact the company via email and my email bounced back undeliverable. I then found the contact form online and managed to get a response from them. They asked me to send photos of the item which I did by replying to their email.
That email bounced back undeliverable so again I used the contact form to tell them that the email with the photos bounced back.
The photos of the item I then posted in the comments on their Facebook page.
The next response from them was to offer me a 20% refund for an unusable item which will cost me in petrol to take to the recycling centre. 😡
I've used this company this month
I've used this company this month. Found them too be the cheapest for what I wanted. Items was excellent. Communication was really good, answered and sorted out my quierys professionally. I'd happily use them again in the future 👌🏼
Item arrived safely 11th March.
It was delivered to a neighbour by DX Secure, having been despatched the day after it was ordered; no further mail to original order confirmation had been received.
It is not for the writer to offer Statushomecare unsolicited advice, but surely they need to address the issue of dissatisfied customers, if 43% of reviews on Trustpilot being negative is an indication of that dissatisfaction. The writer's own frustration with purchases that are not received as bought, largely concerns time wasted and the necessity of repeating the process again to purchase the item in question; perhaps staff at Statushomecare could put themselves in the position of those many unhappy customers and consider how they would feel if they had purchased an item and the result was entirely unsatisfactory, where the purchaser is blameless, and any resolution is out of their control : they are the customer; it is their money! The manner in which retail goods are purchased has changed forever, but the identity of the seller and premises traded from are often unknown. The writer recently had three consecutive failed purchases on eBay; despite repeated requests a refund was not forthcoming on the last one; so eBay was asked to intervene when they immediately forwarded a refund, stating that the tracking number was false; the seller had originally said it was despatched on the basis of this number, then changed the reason to 'It was damaged, so I didn't send it'. The second was a specific part for a vehicle when the seller sent an entirely different part which was of course useless, but it appears they felt that they had to send something; a refund was sent; the first was another part for vehicle having a recessed electrical connector which was damaged. It is unlikely that this occurred in transit and was probably sent out in said state so that the sender could claim for 'damage in transit' :
'“Ah, who can believe sellers!” said old Michael Mail in a carefully-cautious voice, by way of tiding-over this critical point of affairs.
“No one at all,” said Joseph Bowman, in the tone of a man fully agreeing with everybody.'
Indeed : caveat emptor.
