Sofology - Wednesbury Anmeldelser

Great choice, but visited with one range already in mind. Lady who helped, Patrycja was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with finalising my choice. Gave us time and space for us to make sure. Overall can’t fault.

Harrison customer service was excellent

Easy no hard selling . Abs was very professional and helpful. Credit to your company.

The shopping experience was great, the range of options was vast. The sales team member Harrison, was excellent in providing lots of options and alternatives. Most importantly he was patient with us and was never pushy for a sale, only outlining key information to help make our decision. The whole process was explained clearly and simply!

We had a really lovely experience thanks to Hammad in the Wednesbury store
We brought a sofa and a footstool

From our first interaction Alisha was knowledgeable friendly and guided us on what was going to work for our needs. She was on hand to ask questions to without being over bearing or pushy. We visited a competitor on the same block of retail units and their customer service was no where the level that we had received from Alisha and we returned and placed an order.

Very impressed with choice on offer. Everything was very well explained, Pati was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Thank You Pati!

The sales person Patti was excellent
Extremely informative and wrote down sizes for me to check again at home. Talked me through insurance too. No pressure about any product that was shown.
Set me up an account so easy to just purchase.
Following day called to to say thank you for purchase and also reminded me one thing l had forgotten.
Very happy with the service.

Happy with my experience buying a sofa from Sofology. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Big thanks to Pati for being so helpful throughout made the decision much easier. Would definitely recommend.

It was professional and customer friendly with a variety of options to choose from.

I have purchased my last 2 sofas from Sofology (which we still have - quality is fab) and both times the experience has been fantastic - they knowledge the choice and also the fact the sales staff don't attack as soon as you walk in. We needed to get a sofa bed and again service, quality and advice was excellent, really wouldn't go anywhere else.

I walked in just for a browse with no intention of buying a sofa but, I met a lovely young man called Mustafa who showed me around the great showroom and sat me down on a sofa so luxurious I had to have. Also with the great savings he offered me it was difficult to refuse. I decided to purchase the extra 5 year warranty after another colleague Alisha explained the benfits, it covered way more than other competitor stores without the small prints. If you're after a sofa go find Mustafa or Alisha at the Wednesbury store.

Great, prompt service from Patrycja. Not at all pushy on selling extras but there to answer questions and make sure we were happy with our choice.

Quick and efficient
