Pleasant staff. Lengthy purchase period and a long time to wait for delivery- over two months! I’m inclined to wait till delivery to judge my experience finally. Not Warrington store. In Stockport .

Amazing service & beautiful sofa.
I needed a sofa asap so went into the Warrington showroom on Sunday and they delivered my couch today (Wednesday.) They had so many ex display/cancelled orders etc to choose from with massive reductions it was brilliant. The couch was delivered and put together today and all rubbish taken away and it’s beautiful. I will always use this company now for any future couch purchases.

Josh and the team gave us helpful advice on sofas, taking our needs into consideration, and didn't push pricier sofas just to get a bigger sale. Gave us space to check out the options, applied zero pressure, and Josh was very helpful in helping us find the right sofa for us.
Would absolutely buy from this shop again

Shawn
Shawn, the sales rep, was outstanding, explained in depth the features of the sofas. Advised us to go home and ensure that sofa was correct, wasnt pushing us to go to for a particular sofa or put a deposit down.
After the other two sofology stores we visited where the staff were not helpful in the slightest, Shawn was a breath of fresh air, genuine, knowledgeable and a credit to your company. Hopefully he would get recognised for his hard work.
Even though we live a fair distance from this particular store after meeting Shawn we new he was the correct individual to buy a sofa from. The qualities he displayed is something that should be passed on to other locations.

A Great sofa shopping experience!
The extensive selection and quality of products on display made it easy to select the sofa that fits into our home and lifestyle the best. The sales staff - Daniel on the initial visit and John on the return visit where helpful informative and knowledgeable about the products on offer - and answered our questions in full. Their assistance was invaluable when making our decision.
